ecopa supports the establishment of National Consensus Platforms (NCPs) where all 4 stakeholders are equally represented:
Norecopa is a member of ecopa
Norecopa:
• is an independent member organisation with its own Board• receives basic financial support from the Ministry of
Agriculture and Food for the secretarial position• maintains a website with 3R resources• arranges consensus meetings on implementation of the 3Rs• issues position statements• runs projects in collaboration with the Research Council of
Norway• issues a newsletter 8-9 times a year• is on Facebook• will arrange a FRAME Training School on Experimental
Design and Statistical Analysis in February 2016
