At 16th April 2007, NIDA and CNNIC had a F2F meeting in Beijing, and made the final charter of RFID Working Group.

RFIDWG’s goals and milestones of 2007 January - July 2007: Produce the
document about design of OID system. Aug. – Nov. 2007: Implement OID system
and inter-work between CNNIC and NIDA. May 2007: Make an Internet Bulletin
Board and upload documents about RFID things such as standard.
Dec. 2007: Produce the document about test of OID system between KR and CN.
