Subject: B-e-allocation of fund in connection. with payment of Book- rant to the students'r~ading in Class XI & XII to BPLfamily during the year 2017-1~under state Planagainst TSP (Demand No. 19). .

The Finance Department (Budget Branch) Vide Memo No.FAO (03)-FIN (B)/2017/8673-80dated 25/03/2017 has released a .sum of ~24,OO,OOO/-only under F.R. Code No. 0093 .belnq the Stipend, '

& Scholarship (Non-Salary) during the year 2017-18 (t" Quarter) under State-plan against TSP(Demand No- 19).

Now, after careful consideration of the requirement a sum of ~12,03,642/- (Rupees twelvelakhs three thousand six hundred forty two only) only being the Book-grant to the studentsreading in Class XI & XII to BPL family during the year 2017-18 is hereby re-allocated to the variousH/O & D.D.O Sepahijala/North District under State-Plan against TSP(Demand No- 19).

The, amount shall be drawn -aqainst the re-allocated fund according to the Delegation ofFinancial Powers Rules, Tripura 2011 issued vide Notification No.F.9 (2)-FIN (G)/2007 dated 09-~2-2011.

This re-allocation is issued in pursuance of fund released from the Finance Department videMemo No; FAO (03)-FIN (B)/2017/8673-80 dated 25/03/2017 under F.R. Code No. 0093 appropriation asfollows:-
