• At Stanford University a new course, called Create Engaging Web Applications Using Metrics and Learning on Facebook was developed for computer science students. It is intended to help students learn how to build and market user-friendly software. They’ll be graded based on how many Facebook users they can get actively using their applications.

enforcements and social networking sites (MySpace & Facebook) are planning a strategy to combat predators. Texas is the only state not included because the attorney general believes the established laws due not meet to the rapid changes occurring within the Internet (Cnet news.com)
