How does it work?AAs part of this module, employees can ask questions around the training. The system then forwards these questions to the relevant people in the organization. In case a question had already been asked in the past, myQuest Connect automatically sends the answer to the learner. Employees can give scores to the answers they recieve and the scores are sent to the people who crafted the answers so they can learn how useful their answers are.

3 KNOWLEDGE SHARING

How does it work?The goal setting module helps learners achieve their training goals. When the training starts, learners get to define their goals and customize the frequency and timing of reminders. TheThe reminders are sent throughout the training and are designed to encourage the participants to progress towards their target. In addition, myQuest Connect collects stats and data on how helpful the reminders were in order to improve them moving forward.

2 GOAL SETTING

How does it work?ThiThis module helps you find out if users achieved their training goals, and what impact the training had on their performance. When learners start a training program in the LMs, they receive a set of questions around their goals and motivation in Microsoft Teams. When the training ends, they are asked to rate their satisfaction levels and report how much the training helped them. One month later, another short set of questions is sent to them to evevaluate knowledge retention and long-term impact. Questions are fully customized so that managers can edit the text, timing, and frequency. Reports and analytics are sent to managers based on user responses.

How does it work?AAs part of the 1:1 coaching module, employees and mentors are paired and get their own private communication channels. myQuest Connect sends automated notifications to mentors, reminding them to check in on their trainees, while trainees are prompted to share their progress with their mentors and send them their questions and challenges.

How does it work?The compliance module divides employees into teams and creates competitions based on the training’s due date and final score. This module turns compliance training into a gamified process, making it fun for employees to participate and complete.

5 TIME-BASED COMPETITIONS BETWEEN TEAMS

How does it work?This module automatically sets up private channels for new employees and their mentors. Employees are surveyed on a bi-weekly basis about their progress. Mentors are notified whenever a new hire is surveyed and provide help and advice based on the employee’s progress.

4 MENTORING NEW EMPLOYEES

How does it work?WhenWhenever a learner completes a module or a lesson in the training program, they receive a reflection question. If the buddies module is on, the answer to this question is sent to the buddy. If the 1:1 coaching or mentorship module is on, the answer is sent to the mentor/coach. If no mentorship modules are on, the answer will be saved as a personal note.

9 FOLLOW-UP QUESTIONS

How does it work?WhenWhenever a learner successfully completes a training program, the system offers them to become mentors and support learners who still haven’t completed the training. Once they approve the invite, the system notifies them when a learner asks a question, and they receive recognition points for answering the learners’ questions. Once a month, a leaderboard is published to the training team showcasing the leading mentors.

How does it work?The buddies module pairs each learner with a colleague who participates in the same training, allowing employees to support and encourage one another. Based on the employee’s progress, the system sends notifications and reminders to check on the buddy and send him/her questions, feedback, and support.

7 BUDDIES

How does it work?ThThe teamwork module allows subject-matter experts to set up different learning groups and communities based on their expertise. Within the groups, employees get to share knowledge, support one another, and help each other to successfully complete the training. In addition, the module creates automated tasks and discussion questions to make sure the group is active, and sends back reports to the managers.

11 TEAMWORK

How does it work?AAfter the training ends, myQuest Connect sets up a community around the training’s topic, allowing trainees to interact with one another and retain the knowledge they’ve gained throughout the training. Employees must remain active in order to stay in the group and the system sends them alerts and reminders so they contribute to the discussion. If employees are inactive for more than four weeks, they’re removed from the community.
