Version 2.0 New Features:
myProject
eLibrary • eLibrary feature is an integration of myProject portal to current Industry Collaboration
Portal (ICP). This brings ICP contents closer to users during project execution using myProject
as a centralized gateway. eLibrary makes project specific GES content easy to find. eLibrary
does not replace the ICP portal but make it easier to browse and download content.
• Modules - connects you to a collection of modules for Centum VP, ProSafe RS and other IA
products (ICP/Industry Library) where you can browse and download modules for your
study, demonstration, or project use.
• Deliverables - connects you to a collection of GES deliverable like FDS, document templates
(ICP/Deliverables) where you can use and modify accordingly for your study, demonstration,
or project use.

eLibrary / Modules
• Navigation:
o Open your project.
o On the Project Menu select eLibrary > Modules
o NOTE: If you are prompted with “User Unknown” when the page loads, kindly
access the current ICP portal ONCE (Click HERE). When done, return to myProject
eLibrary > Modules page and click refresh.

• Filters
o Click on the filter icon on the right side to open the sidebar filter panel.
o By default, eLibrary / Modules page is pre-filtered based on the
"Industries/Process" property of the project. This property is identified during
project creation.
o Change filter settings by the following options
▪ Industries/Process
▪ Project Scope (DCS)
▪ Project Scope (Safety)
▪ Project Scope (Others)
o Click “Apply Filter” after completing your parameter selection to filter the modules
page.
o Click “Reset Filter” to reset filter selection based on project property
“Industry/Process”.
o Click “Clear All” to remove all filter selection and modules page will display all
available modules.

• Module Downloads
o Select module/s to download by clicking on the module cards.
▪ Multiple module card selection is allowed by clicking on other module
cards.
Number of modules selected to be downloaded can be seen on the download
button at the bottom of the page.
o Initiate download and open the download pop-up window by clicking on the
“Download” button.

Jungle Navigator • Jungle Navigator is a feature where you can easily navigate to existing engineering portals
and existing information which are useful for the project execution.
Jungle Links
• A set of existing Yokogawa global portals recommended by global subject matter experts
where you can visit and obtain information that can help you during the project execution.
• Navigation:
o Main Menu > Jungle Navigator (Jungle Links Tab)
• Each portal is represented by a link card.
o The following information are provided:
▪ Link Logo
▪ Link Name
▪ Document File Types (which can be found on the existing portal)
▪ Portal Ownership (who owns/develop the portal)

Lessons Learned • Lessons learned are consolidated in myProject shared by different projects from their
experiences during their project execution. Others can acquire knowledge from lessons
learned to improve work processes and quality.
• Lessons learned in myProject are consolidate globally and regionally.
Global Lesson Learned
• Lessons Learned reviewed and approved by global lessons learned administrator that are
applicable for global use are consolidated in Global Tab in Lessons Learned page. These
global lessons learned are available for users / project members for them to review during
phase gate review (or any other time) to learn from other project mistakes / failure.
• Navigation:
o On the Project Menu select Lessons Learned

Regional Lesson Learned
• Lessons Learned submitted by users are automatically displayed in Regional Tab of Lessons
Learned. Submitted lessons learned are only available and can be viewed by projects in the
region where the lessons learned come from.
o E.g If a project from Yokogawa Germany has submitted a lesson learned, only
projects under the organizations in YEF region will be able to see this lesson learned
card via the Regional Tab. Other projects from other region will not be able to see
this lesson learned.
o Once lesson learned are reviewed and approved by global lesson learned
administrator for global, it will be available for all organization.

o On the Project Menu select Lessons Learned and select Regional Tab

Submitting Lesson Learned
• Any user in specific project can and shall submit Lessons Learned to harvest knowledge
and prevent other projects and user from making same mistake
• Lessons learned can be submitted by clicking on the “Submit Lesson Learned” button on
the following myProject pages:
o Project menu > Lessons Learned
o Project Menu > Quality Tracker > Worklist
o Project Menu > Quality Tracker > Reviews
o Project Menu > Quality Tracker > Action Item List

• Lessons Learned can also be submitted when completing an action item from the Quality
Tracker > Worklist
o When making AT/FL assessment to OK, you will be asked via “Complete Action Item”
form if you would like to submit a lesson learned.
o If you select “Yes” and click “SAVE”, “Submit Lesson Learned” form will be opened
afterwards.
o On the “Submit Lesson Learned” form, the following will be additionally refilled:
▪ Issue Description – pre-filled by Check Item Question
▪ Recommended Action – pre-filled by Completion Remarks
▪ Phase No – pre-selected based on the phase where the check item belongs
to
o NOTE: Issue Description, Recommended Action and Phase No are still editable even
pre-filled.

o Global and Regional tabs can be filtered by using the sidebar filter
o You can show/hide the sidebar filter by clicking on the “Filter” Icon on the right side

Major Bug Fixes • Project Creation Approval
o Before
▪ Long waiting time after pressing “Send Approval” button in project creation
(System seems hanging)
▪ Page freezing after LM / QA approval action while in the background the
system proceeds creating the project.
o After
▪ After pressing “Sending Approval” button, system can be used immediately.
▪ After LM / QA approve the project, the project creation process is happening
in the background and the system can be used immediately.

Updated User Roles (Read and Write) Permission (v2.0) • Below are the user roles that are currently available to be assigned to any user who will login to myProject Portal
• User can be assigned with combination of user roles (as listed below)
o e.g : A user can be assigned with Quality Adviser Role and Project Administrator role at the same thus giving the user the combine read and write permission of the two roles.
