Calculating myHealthScore: myHealthScore starts at 100 and is reduced by
moderate and high risk results. For example, if a
participant’s blood pressure is 140/90, that is a
moderate risk result and an 8-point deduction. If
the participant also has a high percentage of body
fat, that would be an additional 16-point deduction
and provide a final myHealthScore of 76.
