Housing providers• Effective filling of empty beds• Stops the phone ringing when full

Local Authority• More efficient way of delivering a service (reduced costs)• Effective resettlement can save £80 million a year• 20% reduction in re-offending when suitable accommodation• Will help meet LA targets
