    Assessment Strategy:

    Two assessment strategies will be deployed during training.

    1. Formative assessment in the form of a series of tasks or assignments to be completed by

    the trainee at the end of each sub-section within the training videos. These tasks willrequire the user to apply knowledge acquired in the performance of a task within the

    training environment of the application. Users will be asked to record evidence of

    completion of these tasks in an online form, which increases accountability and allows

    for a degree of tracking.

    2.

    Summative Assessment in the form of the embedded quiz within the training video.

    These quizzes reinforce the major concepts outlined in the learning module. User roles

    and permissions can be assigned based on the successful completion of the required

    learning modules. Quiz and assignment results are recorded on a spreadsheet and

    emailed out to the training account nightly.
