1. ARB RIBA Qualified Architect Responsibilities:

Production of design, feasibility and presentation studies including liaison with Clients and Consultants.

Production of technical and construction information including liaison with Clients, Contractors and Consultants

Assisting in the briefing, administration and management of projects throughout all phases including liaison with Clients, Consultants and Contractors.

Assisting on Accommodation Strategies, Feasibility Studies and Utilisation and Area forecasts.

Such duties as are necessary to assist in general promoting the Practice and advancing its work.

Such other general duties as are required from time to time to assist in the smooth running of the Practice and the execution of its work.

2. Senior Environmental Designer / Sustainability Champion Responsibilities:

Conduct research and simulation on the solar, daylight, thermal, acoustics and airflow aspects of building design.

Support design teams in the integration of the environmental design concepts and use of environmental analysis tools.

Advise and support design teams in the process of analyzing the environmental performance of buildings.

Devise methodologies of analysis and visualization of specific environmental design problems.

Liaise with other members of specialist design groups towards the integration of environmental parameters on the generation of architectural form.

Analyse and recommend environmental design strategies for individual projects.

Be a champion in environmental and sustainability (BREEAM) analysis assessment and computer simulation for the practice.

Assist Senior Designers with architectural design on specific projects to initiate and develop design concepts.

Provide training and seminars on environmental issues and simulation software (Ecotect, Radiance, Energyplus, iSBEM etc) for internal staff.

Contribute or otherwise assist as required by the Practice.
