optimize my workstation. I had several issues with my workstation related to my computer,

monitors, docking stations, multiple mouse and keyboard issues and a blurry monitor. By the

time he finished with my station I was able to work easily using my two computers and monitors

and eliminated all the loose wires that were covering my work area.

I recently ordered a full computer & phone set-up through BuyRHight for a team member who

converted to a FTE.

Today I received an email from Tim outlining not only the full list of hardware & software I had

purchased -- along with identifying numbers -- but also the relevant IT ticket numbers & the

name of the technician that has been assigned to handle the deployment.

This is such a wonderfully helpful addition to a process that is often akin to creating a cohesive

braid from dozens of semi-connected strands.

This week we kicked off Salesforce training for the back office and had several sessions

scheduled in Conf Room D. In advance of training, we checked the laptops and encountered

some issues with the log in process and access to the Salesforce training database. Tim quickly

came up with a solution an deployed it on Tuesday morning before training started. We still had

some challenges but Tim and his team stayed close at hand to help out when we needed it!. We

really appreciated Tim’s help and expertise!

Tim is a hero for many reason. First off he was very accommodating with my schedule while

reserving time to trouble shoot and train me on how to utilize all the features in our larger

conference rooms. Secondly, while training me on the conference room options he noticed that

IT was working in the background on my system. He inquired about what they were working on.

After explaining my issues with the laptop, and watching what was being navigated on my

laptop he noticed that my windows home screen tiles looked off. He took over with the IT

support person on the line and explained what he was seeing and asked to take over. At this point

he was able to identify that my system was not imaged correctly. He took the initiative to take

over the technical issue and offered to remedy the issue and have the laptop back to me by

Monday morning! (this was on Friday evening, end of day). As promised, Tim reached out to me

Monday and had a new system up and running, ready for me to pick-up!! (The computer I had

was corrupt).

Where do I even begin? Tim is a rock star! I have only been at RH for a little over a month, but

right from Day 1, Tim has been so great at helping me with my computer issues. He is not only

extremely nice and a joy to be around, but you can tell that he genuinely wants to help. I had

ordered some software and was told by a different department that the product was on the cloud

and I had to install it myself. Which was fine, except for when I tried the installation it got stuck.

So I asked for help from the same department and was told to contact the support team at the

software company. I did, and they weren't a big help and didn't resolve my issue so here I was

stuck. My manager reached out to the IT team and here comes Tim promising me he would help

me and solve the issue.... and after some laughs and head scratching and some more digging, as

busy as he was, he figured it out! He delivered on his promise and for that, I truly appreciate and

am thankful for! Thanks again Tim!!! :)

I had the opportunity to work with Tim on a project for the 2nd floor move. My team had to

work remotely on Friday due to the move. A few people on my team were having issues logging

into their desktops. Tim was diligent, easy going and enthusiastic to help fix the problems. Tim

worked with the network team to come up with a solution for the problem. Along the way he

taught me how to find the SRM, DOS, flush the DSN, access remotely thru remote.rh.com, IP

addresses, the definitions of these acronyms and more. I appreciate the opportunity to work with

him and the level of knowledge he shared along the way. I am positive this has improved my

ability to communication with tech support, CDS and the IT Department overall. Thank you

I have had chronic laptop issues requiring assistance from IT Tech Support on multiple

occasions. I recently replaced my laptop and found I was dealing with similar issues in addition

to significant latency problems. In addition, several of my pst files crashed. Tim quickly

evaluated my set up, diagnosed the issue, took the time to understand my work habits, and

provided me a recommendation that he believed would resolve my chronic issues. We went

forward with Tim's recommendation and within an hour he had me up and running. I'm thrilled

Tim saved the day for me on Tuesday! Of course at the busiest time of the month my computer

completely crashed. I called IT but there wasn’t much they could do. The ticket was escalated

and Tim took it on. Within minutes he was at my desk setting me up with a laptop for me to

work on while he replaced my computer. He came back within a couple of hours with a new

computer. Not only was my computer replaced in lightning speed he stayed to get it all set up for

me with the same settings I previously had which made the frustrating process much easier. My

old computer (before the one that crashed yesterday) used to have problems often. Each time IT

would take it I didn’t have it for days and they would just drop it off and I was on my own. Tim

going the extra mile for me is greatly appreciated and is the definition of collaboration and great

customer service.

San Ramon for meetings and sitting a few rows away from Desktop Support. I wandered over to
