Awarded “Best Defense Marketing Strategy” among Gulf region for Plavix – phamrmaceuticalproduct , 19.8 M Euros per year. Managed the implementation of a major program (Performance management) for Emirates Post , A 750 Million Dirhams revinue organization. Chosen among a staff of 7 trainers to contract with Dubai government HR institute on handling all the government development plan for firstliners and middle management layer in more than 9 authorities. Initiated and delivered to the middle management staff of HH Shiekh Mohamed Bin Rashed Al Maktoum’s Office (Ruler’s Diwan). Initiated and managed a performance curriculum followed by performance appraisal and rewarding system for ERA Egypt that was implemented on 130 employees .
