WORK EXPERIENCE:-

I am currently working in DCM Shriram Industries limited. Having Certified with

ISO-9001, ISO-14001, OHSAS: 18001 with designation Engineer in production department.

AREAS UNDERTAKEN:-

1. Carbon di sulphide plant: Plant with Production capacity 20 ton per day Including Refinery section.

2. Water treatment plant: Plant with Capacity of purifying 15000 m3

raw water into 11000 m3 filter water, 4000 m

3

soft water.

3. Effluent treatment plant: A wonderful Plant with treating capacity 12000 m3 per day.

4. Spinning Plant: Yarn manufacturing with production capacity 23 ton per day.

EQUIPMENT HANDLED:- CS2: Electric arc furnace, Heat exchangers, kelly Filters, Various types of pumps, calciner, packed column, Absorption

tower, Cooling tower, Oil Cooler CS2 storage tanks, Scrubber, Chillers.

WTP: Flash mixer Clarifier, sand filter, ACF, softener, Chlorine Dosing tower, Agitators, Centrifugal Pumps, Vacuum

Pumps.

ETP: Clarifier, Bioreactor tank, flash mixer, tube settler, Centrifugal pumps, Different types of valves etc.

Spinning: Viscose spinning machines, Gear pumps.

With handsome knowledge of Thermodynamics, Heat transfer, Fluid Mechanics, Mass Transfer, Unit Operations.

ROLE & RESPONSIBILITY:–

Daily production data entry in SAP.

Create reservation, Indent, Notifications in SAP.

Handling of Hazardous Material safely.

Manpower Management.

Being a chemical engineer involvement in every production related project of department.

Process Quality Monitoring.

Leads the team for achieve the production targets.

Preventive Maintenance, scheduling Plans & DWM Manuals.

To take care of various pollution norms in effluent.

Involvements in 5S, Route cause analysis. TQM & TPM.

Maintaining Good House Keeping & Safety in Department.

To ensure smooth running of continuous process plant at high level of reliability at an optimum cost as well as

safety aspects during shifts.

Manpower planning, preparing shift schedule arrange to rotate manpower at different machines. So as to develop

operators to work at any machine monitoring the team of skilled labour to deliver good consistent performance.

Analysis the causes of breakdown and trying to solve them at the earliest to reduce the losses.

Leading a team of 176 skilled and unskilled workmen to ensure smooth trouble free working of department by

proper allocation of resources available.

To follow and monitor the lean activities.

Actively take part in all aspects of Production data management, daily production allocation, production losses

reporting, performance data management and reporting.
