What can it do?
• A sophisticated engagement tool that integrates a content management system tool
• It uses advanced ‘market research techniques’
• Stores people’s names, addresses, how they want to be communicated with, holds records on events attended etc

• Range of communication methods– SMS– Sends and records emails sent/responded to – Hard copy mailing
• Accredited under Data Protection legislation• Code of conduct of the Market Research
