    Greeting Card Instructions

    1. Print out the 8" x11" greeting card from page 5 of this .PDF and cut card out along the dotted line.

    2. Turn the paper sideways.

    3. Fold the paper in half width-wise so the printed side is facing out.

    4. Turn the folded paper so it is vertical.

    5. Fold it in half again width-wise (A) so the check-off pages are on the interior of the card (B), and the poem is on the front (C).
