Since its inception, the group has widened its horizon and is running various professional, post

graduate as well. The first campus was established at Mansarovar, Jaipur. With the passage of time

the popularity of SWC has raised manifold and has gradually established Institutions in and outside

Rajasthan.

Today, it is one of the most distinguished educational groups which has number of qualities to

account for. The group has a team of well qualified and experienced faculty members and a very

efficient supportive staff. The Society offers a number of courses in Arts, Science, Commerce, Law,

Engineering, Architecture, Pharmacy and so on.

The well stacked e-Library, well equipped laboratories, NSS units, gymnasiums, hostel facilities,

cafeterias, swimming pool, sports facilities and art of state infrastructures are some of the

salient features.

St. Wilfreds College of Law Panvel, Navi Mumbai, Affiliated to the University of Mumbai and

recognized by the Bar Council of India is established in year 2011. The institute has been

established with the aim of imparting Legal Education and preparing the students to be excellent

in legal profession. This college has the potential to produce many Administrative Officers and

Judicial Officers along with high Profile Lawyers of the higher courts of the country and noted

academicians. The college provides a platform for a sound balance of academic learning,

recreational atmosphere and infrastructural support for the students along with cultural

awareness, continuing endeavors of innovative teaching, learning methods, self learning through

individual and collective projects, well researched and documented dissertation and importantly

learning through group discussions, periodical tests, seminar, conferences, court visits, jail visits,

moot court competitions, judicial services preparation ,legal aid campaigns and legal literacy

campaigns.

All these are distinct and unique features of this college and had evolved as the regions

premier Institute.

Our dream to see India as “MAHASATTAKA”. In ancient Vedic period our nation used to

enjoy equality, equity, fraternity, democratic, republic socialist , justice and sovereignty in our

country. During Ram Rajya, though our constitution was not been drafted during that time

though our citizens of our country used to enjoy all the above rights. Another name for our

country was “golden bird” as it was rich in everything culture, heritage, raw material, man power,

intelligence etc, the vision of our sages for all new technologies and everything were already been

researched and manuscripted in sanskrit languages. As time flies, everything got ruined after

discrimination were done on basis on caste, creed, sex, religion, economic status in many part of

our country and major root cause of our country still being at developing stage is corruption

hence to give different vision and new reformation and thoughts for our dream India.

Our dream India would be a place 1) no discrimination 2) developed in field of education 3)

science 4) technology 5) education as well as other spheres over the last few decades this

development should not be only in above mentioned field but also continues to keep its cultural

heritage intact.

This National Conference on My Dream India, offers an opportunity to experts from various

disciplines, they are researchers, Academicians, Policymakers, Government Organization, Law

Experts, Lawyers, Judges, Negotiators, Diplomats, Government Representatives, National

National Conference papers are invited from the academicians, practitioners, researchers, scholars

and students on the issues related to above themes. It is also proposed that the selected papers by

the Committee will be published in a special volume on the conference in the form of an edited book

with ISBN No. a waited. Author of selected papers would be given an opportunity to present their

papers as per requirement of the theme during sessions on the day of the conference.

Interested authors should submit an abstract of their original research/conceptual papers and

empirical studies/case studies briefly describing objectives, methodology, major results and its

implications in about 500 words. All abstracts will be peer reviewed and evaluated before final

acceptance. Authors of accepted abstracts will be invited to submit and present full paper at the

Conference. Accepted abstract are likely to be published in the souvenir of the projected

Conference. The length of the full papers should normally not exceed about 3500 to 5000 words

(excluding tables, figures, illustrations and references etc.) and it must be typed in Times New

Roman font Size 12 on A4 size paper with 1” margin on all sides with 1.5 line spacing using MS thWord. The Blue Book: A Uniform System of Citation (19 ed.) must be strictly adhered to while

submitting the abstract and full papers.
