Thank you for being part of the Disney Hospitality Days program! This program has always been a valuable tool, allowing you a chance to explore the Walt Disney World ® Resort and pass along your knowledge and excitement to guests. Within recent years, there have been many changes to the way Guests experience our resort, and we are excited to offer new enhancements to the Disney Hospitality Days program to more closely mirror a Guest’s visit. Read on for more information! THANK YOU MY DISNEY EXPERIENCE Your Disney Hospitality Days Pass and Guest Pass are now able to be linked to a My Disney Experience account. Once you create an account and link your ticket, you will unlock a new dimension of Disney magic! You will be able to link a MagicBand to your account (if you wish), as well as add and view all your Disney PhotoPass ® photos (including ride photos!). If you make a reservation at a Disney Resort hotel, you will also have access to your room through a MagicBand. Please note – MagicBands may only be linked to your primary Disney Hospitality Days Pass. Your guests will continue to use the Guest Pass card. Before linking your passes, you will create a new guest specifically for the Hospitality Guest pass. Be sure to follow the steps below exactly in order to avoid any issues with your pass. Linking your Disney Hospitality Days pass incorrectly may void your ticket entitlements. ª To add the new guest, hover your cursor over the My Disney Experience symbol and select “My Family and Friends List.” ª Then chose “I’ll enter their name and age,” first name “Hospitality,” last name “Guest,” and Age will be “18+.” Leave the option “I want to manage all plans for this Guest” checked. ª Once you have Hospitality Guest saved, you can link your passes! Hover your cursor over the My Disney Experience symbol and select “My Reservations and Tickets.” ª Select “Link Tickets.” ª Enter the 12-digit number from the Primary pass and click “Next.” ª This is your ticket, so click the drop-down box and match the ticket to your own profile, then click “Next.” ª Check that the 12-digit number is correct and is linked to you, then click “Finalize Selection.” ª Congratulations, your pass is now linked to you! You may now select “Add More” and repeat the process for your Guest pass, matching the ticket to “Hospitality Guest” from the drop-down box. FASTPASS+Once linked to your My Disney Experience account, your new Disney Hospitality Days pass will allow you to reserve access to select attractions and entertainment before you enter the Theme Park! Up to 7 days in advance of your trip, you can log in to your account and select up to 3 attractions at your preferred park. On the day of your visit, simply use your MagicBand or Disney Hospitality Days card and Guest pass during your return time to access your selections!

When the day of your visit comes, simply touch your ticket and your Guest pass to the FastPass+ Return touchpoint during your pre-selected return time. Have fun!

ª To pre-plan yourFastPass+ selections, hover your cursor over the My Disney Experience symbol and select FastPass+.

ª Click “Get Started” tobegin your planning!

ª Select the ticketsyou are planning for – yourself and theHospitality Guest.

ª Choose the dateand park you wish to visit. You can pre- plan FastPass+ up to 7 days in advance.

Remember, your pass is subject to blockout dates. Be sure to check when your pass is valid by visiting disneyhospitalitydays.com and selecting the “Blockout Dates” tab before visiting a park.

ª Select the time for thefirst experience you want to plan.

ª Once you have finalizedyour selection, you will see a “FastPass+ Confirmed!” page. Congratulations! From here, you can either select your next FastPass+ or click “No Thanks, I’m Done” if you are finished. You can select up to 3 experiences in one park for each day.
