Hello my name is Mariana, I live in Granada capital, and I talk about my city.

Granada has more or less 300,000 habitants, it´s a beautiful city
There are many immigrants com to see the Alhambra castle.
Granada's climate is very pleasant, though often very raining.The Weather is between 2 º C to 35 ºC.
In Granada there are many shops, near schools there are many parks , in the summer, there are many pubs,
there are also many cinemas.
FESTIVALSI love the festivals, the most important are:
On February 1st Procession of the Abbey of San Cecilio, with picnic and dance.
Easter week is very attractive by the beauty of its processions.
On May 3st, is the Day of the Cross, and the streets are adorned with crosses and squares with flowers.
End of May, the International theater Festival.
The Corpus Christi procession with its bright, festivals and bullfights.
On June 29st, San Pedro, Albaicín, festival, the pilgrims go up to the Hermitage of San Miguel on horses and decorated
carts.
At the end of June marks the International Festival of Music and Dance, which has become one of the most important in Europe. It`s scenario is the Alhambra, either in the Palace of Charles V, the Arab palace or the gardens of Generalife,
with its outdoor theater.
Last Sunday in September, the feast of Our Lady of. The Festivals that I like most is the Easter and the day of the cross.

Granada is a beautiful city with monuments, shops and many other things, what I like best in Granada, is the people and the Alhambra castle, I suggest you to come and visit, you will love it.
