Apostle Valencia Carter Ruff is the visionary and overseer of 1Faith Ministries. 1Faith Ministries is an international ministry that teaches, trains, develops, oversees, covers and builds strategic planning for ministries and ministry leaders internationally. Apostle Valencia travels the world creating, inspiring, developing and overseeing projects that ignite community transformation worldwide. 

Apostle Valencia's work includes Consumed Radio, International ministerial Alliance, Dunamis Apostolic Network, 1Faith Ministries Int. Alliance, His Grace international bible training center, Agape Church of Love, located in Chicago, She is the overseer of Shamar Five International ministry, Rockford, IL. She is the visionary of Clear Marking solutions, Chicago. Her development and network affiliations include Kenya, South Africa, Nigeria, Uganda, India, and Pakistan, which are positioned and covered under the umbrella of 1Faith Ministries.  Apostle Valencia Carter-Ruff is a 2nd Assistant Prelate of New Ephesians Communion Of Kingdom Apostolic Churches, Texas. 

Apostle Valencia is inspired and passionate about renewal and transforming movements that create apostolic patterns for change in individuals, families, communities and nations. She also oversees, mentors and parents, ministry leaders and ministries both on a national and international level.  Apostle Valencia ministry began in 2005 as a youth leader and praise dancer, she acknowledged her call as an Apostle in 2008 as the Lord called her. She began home bible study and training classes, during that time she frequently taught

classes on worship and praise. She studied Pastoral ministry at Living Word Christian Out Reach Ministry, IL from 2005-2008. In 2008 she began a youth dance ministry where she nurtured and developed the youth through the arts. Apostle is a graduate of Living Word Bible Training Center 2011, where Dr. Bill Winston is her spiritual Father and spiritual covering, where she received her ministerial licensing, ordination and apostolic affirmation. She is the wife of Bishop Steven L. Ruff and the mother of three Children Jasmine, Ashley and Tristan Ruff.

Apostle Valencia offers speaking engagements, counseling, vision building, Leadership training, mentoring and encouragement as resource to assist in the empowerment of the communities, leaders and its churches.
