A. Definitions

Accident: Any event that material and/or bodily damage to an affiliate, caused uniquely and directly by

an external, violent, fortuitous, and evident cause. (Excluding sickness)

Insured is the person Es la persona exposed to any accident covered by this policy and who is entitled to

its benefits.

Beneficiary: is the person / client or holder of the assistance.

Coordination: Administrative activity provided by “IGS” that implicates synchronizing distinct actions and

defining the most suitable way of grouping the available resources in order to comply with the affiliate

request in relation to the assistance services.

Event: Each event that implies an emergency, urgency or provision of assistance service and by which a

technician, employee, provider, professional, or operator from “IGS” is presented before an affiliate in

order to proceed with the provision of assistance services requested.

Effective Date: Date from which the assistance services offered by "IGS" will be available to the affiliate.

Validity Period: Period during which the affiliate has the right to assistance services. From the purchase

of the trip until five days after having concluded the trip.

Provider: Company or physical person specialized in the items detailed in this document, that on behalf

of “IGS” assists the affiliate with any of the services described in these general conditions.

Reference: Reliable, up-to-date information concerning the services that is provided by “IGS” by phone to

the affiliate at its request.

Services: In order to receive the provision of service, the affiliate must provide the number or ticket

invoice and date of the trip.

Assistance Situation: When the affiliate finds themself in a situation that constitutes an emergency,

urgency, or otherwise use assistance services and it corresponds to the terms, characteristics and

limitations established in this document, provided that they have taken place during the period of validity

and in the territorial scope of validity.

Deductible It is the first expense borne by the Insured and is the fixed amount stipulated on the policy

face, which will apply only once for each covered accident in terms of the conditions in force in the

Contract. Once this amount is exceeded, the GNP obligation begins.

GNP Grupo Nacional Provincial S.A.B.

Hospitalization It is the permanence of the Insured in a clinic, hospital or sanatorium, verifiable and

justified for the care of an accident. It begins with admission and ends with discharge from the treating

physician.

Start of coverage It is the date from which the Insured is entitled to the benefits of this Insurance Contract.

If the policy is canceled or not renewed, the Insured will lose its seniority. If the Insured decides to contract

his personal accident policy with GNP again in the future, the new date of registration will be considered

as the start of coverage.

Pre-existing conditions

Any disease or condition will be considered pre-existing:

o That it has been declared before the conclusion of the Contract or registration of the

insured in the policy (as applicable), and / or;

o That its existence is determined in a medical file through the diagnosis of a legally

authorized doctor prior to the date of the contract or the date of discharge of the insured

to the policy (as applicable), and / or;

o Diagnosed prior to the date the contract is signed or the date the insured is enrolled in

the policy (as applicable), by means of laboratory tests, office or any other recognized

means of diagnosis, and / or;

o For which, prior to the date of conclusion of the contract or registration of the insured in

the policy (as applicable), documentary verifiable expenses have been made to receive a

diagnosis or medical treatment.

Policy Document issued by GNP in which the rights and obligations of the parties are stated.

Insured Sum This is the maximum limit of GNP's liability, agreed for each coverage and applicable for an accident

occurring within the term of the policy.

Foreign Territory Any territory that is outside the Mexican Republic

Medical emergency or medical emergency It is an unforeseen, sudden and fortuitous injury that endangers life, an

organ or a function and requires immediate medical attention.

In case you need to request any of your contracted services from your "Basic Corporate Insurance" or

need information about it, you should call our call center at IGS Assistance at the following telephone

number:

The same that operates 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.

NOTE: IGS Assistance will not cover any coverage described in this condition if it was not previously

reported immediately to our call center for its management and coordination.

D. Territorial Scope

• The Services described in these general conditions will be valid only in the destinations where

VIVAAEROBUS operates.

• The Roadside Assistance and Legal Assistance Services will be valid and will operate only within

the Mexican Republic.

• Claims in different countries where VIVAAEROBUS operates are excluded.

E. Term of the Services

The coverage and services of the Basic Corporate Insurance will be provided by IGS Assistance, S.A. de

C.V. and they will be lent 4 (four) hours before the departure of the flight and up to a maximum of 5 (five)

days after their arrival in a single or round flight.

The end of the term of the services and coverage will automatically imply that services after the term

indicated for the insurance cannot be requested.

If the beneficiary unexpectedly interrupts his trip for any reason, the contracted insurance will cease to

be valid from that moment, in this situation, the beneficiary will not be able to claim any refund of his

insurance for the period of time not elapsed or used.

F. Description of coverage and services

Accidental Death Insurance

If during the term of the policy and as a direct consequence of a covered accident suffered by the Insured

and within 90 calendar days following the date of the accident, his death occurs, GNP will pay the

designated beneficiaries, or in the absence of these, the legal successor the amount of the insured amount

established on the face of the policy for this coverage.

The minimum and maximum ages accepted for this benefit are 12 and 69 years old respectively.

The GNP obligations arising from this or other benefits for each Insured will be terminated with the death

of the Insured; without right to refund of premium.

Exclusions:

• Homicide when it is derived from the direct participation of the insured as an active subject in

intentional criminal acts, suicide or any attempt thereof or voluntary mutilation even when it is

committed in an altered mental state.

• Death as a consequence of some bodily or mental illness.

Reimbursement for Accidental Medical Expenses:

If during the term of this policy, as a direct consequence of a covered accident and within 10 days from

the date of the same, the Insured is required to undergo medical treatment, surgical intervention,

hospitalization, or use an ambulance , nursing services, medicines or laboratory and cabinet studies, GNP

will reimburse, in addition to the other compensation to which it is entitled, the amount of the

aforementioned assistance after verification, based on the deductible contracted.

The minimum and maximum ages for contracting this coverage will be 0 and 69 years respectively. The

GNP obligations arising from this benefit for each Insured will be terminated for that accident when the

contracted insured amount is exhausted; without right to refund the premium.

In the case of Accident Medical Expense Reimbursement Coverage:

• If the policy is renewed, the expenses corresponding to each accident will continue to be paid up

to the maximum amount insured without a maximum period of coverage being applied to these

payments, keeping the conditions of the plan in force and the sum insured at the time of the first

expense for care of the covered accident.

• If the policy is not renewed, GNP will only cover the expenses incurred in claims arising from

claims occurring during the term of the policy, during the following 45 calendar days after the

date of conclusion of its validity and up to the maximum amount of insured contracted by

coverage.

Baggage Protection

This insurance covers the goods for individual and personal use contained within the Registered Baggage owned by the User, covered, as long as they are in the custody of the VIVA AEROBUS, and that they have been duly documented by the User and that the Airline has provided the corresponding receipt receipt for the suitcase(s).

GRUPO NACIONAL PROVINCIAL S.A.B. will provide coverage from the moment the User registers their luggage with the Airline and receives his receipt for said Registered Baggage and until 24 (twenty-four) hours after the User took custody and control of their suitcase(s) and Baggage

The termination of the validity will automatically imply the cessation of all the Coverages so that Services may not be requested after the validity of the indicated product.

Looting of Goods Inside Checked Baggage: The assets covered by this policy are covered up to the same amounts established in said policy, subject

to the General and Special Conditions of the policy, Grupo Nacional Provincial S.A.B. will only cover the

verified partial Looting of the Personal Goods contained within the Registered Baggage, property of the

User, caused by the Looting or Pillage, of the suitcase(s) covered by the coverage, as long as it is in the

custody of the Airline, that it has been duly documented by the User and that the VIVA AEROBUS has

provided the corresponding receipt for the suitcase(s).

a) Covered Goods.

Partial Looting will be covered for accessories, consumer articles, merchandise, uncontrolled medicines, perfumes, perishable products and for a reasonable amount that they cover and are used or have been acquired during the travel period, within the suitcase registered with the Airline Users up to the Insured Sum corresponding to the plan contracted for each registered suitcase. This coverage covers the partial looting of computers, cameras and photographic equipment, sports equipment, gems, jewelry, sunglasses, watches, skins, camcorders, radios and other electronic items

that are inside the suitcase(s) of the passengers at the time of looting and whose unit or per set value is equal to or less than $ 5,000.00 MN. (Five thousand pesos 00/100) This amount will be part of the total amount of coverage corresponding to the contracted plan. The aforementioned Goods will only be covered in the event of theft or partial looting against

registered baggage that was generated while said baggage was in the custody of the VIVA AEROBUS.

This coverage will only and exclusively apply for the looting or pillage of the Goods within the

Registered Baggage and in no case will it apply to the total loss or theft of the Registered Baggage, as

well as damages or deterioration suffered to the suitcases.

Participation in Loss

In each claim for loss or material damage to electronic equipment and other assets covered under this coverage, the Insured will always be in charge of the deductible or coinsurance specified in the "Coverage Detail".

Exclusions:

The following Goods are excluded in this coverage:

a) Those not mentioned in the list of Covered Goods, and which in an illustrative but non-limiting manner consider:

i. Harp, pianos, paintball equipment

ii. Rugs and floor mats

iii. Animals of any species

iv. Items that are presumed for resale and / or trade, unless proven otherwise and that are not for personal use.

v. Hearing aids, hearing aids, artificial teeth, dentures, medical and dental accessories and orthotics, glasses and contact lenses

vi. Bicycles, snowboards and skis

vii. Checks and traveler's checks, banknotes, coins, titles, postal orders, postage stamps or fiscal letters, promissory notes, prepaid coupon, traveler tickets, tickets to entertainment events, obligations or documents of any kind, accounting books and trade books, as well as general contents of safes, vaults or cash registers.

viii. Passports, Visa, personal identity documents, transport tickets, minutes and other documents such as deeds, cash, credit cards, debit cards, payment cards, negotiable values, gold, silver, stamps and keys.

ix. Wheelchairs, strollers, canes and other mobility devices, since these articles are understood to be required for the mobility of the User and are not considered Goods that must by their nature be contained in suitcases or registered luggage.

Locomotion vehicles, motorcycles, accessories for motorcycles and motors, airplanes, ships and, in general, all means of transport that allow people or things to be moved from one place to another.

b) Baggage when it has been sent as freight or by courier.

c) Baggage when it has been sent before the expected date of the user's flight departure and indicated on the Airline Ticket issued by the Airline.

d) Definitive Loss or Theft of Checked Baggage

Requirements for the payment of compensation

In each corresponding claim, the payment of compensation will be subject to the following conditions:

1. In the event of compensable loss, the Company undertakes to indemnify the property subject to the insurance, with a limit on the amount of the insured amount contracted per object, without exceeding:

a) Real value, for electronic objects, clothing, sporting goods.

b) Commercial value, at the time of the claim, for jewelry, rare items or art.

The maximum limit of liability of the Company during the term of the policy is the total insured amount contracted, for one and all the claims that have occurred.

2. In the case of material damage to goods, under the terms of these conditions, it is an essential requirement to present the damaged goods. The Company may choose to replace or repair them to the satisfaction of the insured, or to pay in cash the real or commercial value thereof on the date of the loss, without exceeding the sum insured in force

3. If the Insured or the Company recover any stolen object, for which compensation had been paid, he will immediately notify the other party of such recovery, the Insured being entitled to such object by returning to the Company the compensation received and, where appropriate, will have the right to withhold the amount of the physical damage that said object has suffered, subject to the terms and conditions of this policy.

Exclusions:

The Company will in no case be responsible for losses and / or damages to the property subject to the insurance due to:

a. Partial loss or theft of any kind

b. Aesthetic or functional damages to checked baggage

c. Disappearance or loss

d. The real value of lost baggage will not be taken into consideration

e. Claims after 24 (twenty-four) hours after the User reached their destination.

f. Total or partial losses resulting from the confiscation, expropriation or destruction by order of any government, customs or government agencies or by the transport of contraband or illegal trade

Travel cancellation due to illness

Trip Cancellation This coverage will only be applicable if it appears as expressly contracted on the face of the Policy.

Covered Risk GRUPO NACIONAL PROVINCIAL, S.A.B. will reimburse the cost of the flight purchased by the

VIVAAEROBUS Airline up to the amount up to the amount described in the contracted plan, as long as the

trip is canceled before your start and that prevents the trip on the dates contracted exclusively for any of

the following causes that occur after contracting the travel plan

a) Death of a family member of the first degree: This is understood as a spouse, parents, or children.

b) Serious illness of the User: This is understood as non-pre-existing alteration that implies hospitalization and that in the opinion of the medical team of the Assistance Center makes it impossible for the User to start the trip on the contracted date.

c) Job loss of the User

d) Serious automobile accident where the User is involved.

e) Disaster in the User's home, either due to fire or flooding that made them uninhabitable or with the risk of further damage and that imperatively justify the User's presence.

f) This coverage is only applicable prior to the start of the Insured's Trip.

This coverage is applicable both for Travel within the territory of the United Mexican States, and for Travel in the American Continent.

To access this benefit, the user must contact the Call Center as soon as he has knowledge of the events described above and always before the start of the flight indicated on his travel ticket or flight itinerary, reporting the impossibility of traveling by the causes indicated above and you must subsequently present a written record of the facts that prevented you from making the trip, as well as reliable legal proof of the reason from which they originated.

Documents for the payment of compensation

1. User complaint letter in which the User indicates where and how the event that prevented you from traveling occurred.

2. Medical report, this must contain the diagnosis, start date of the condition, treatment and medical recommendations to the Insured, companion or direct family member.

3. Document that proves the relationship, in the case of cancellation of trip due to death or hospitalization of a direct relative.

4. Copy of the death certificate of the Insured, companion or direct family member (when applicable).

5. Proofs and copies of the supporting documents of the occurrence according to each case (settlement letter, act of the public prosecutor or letter of the automobile insurance where the facts of the automobile accident are described, police complaint, fire report, etc.) These vouchers must necessarily reflect the date of occurrence and must coincide with the scheduled

flight dates.

6. Original invoice and / or receipts or proof of payment for the trip indicating the amount paid for the flight.

7. Copy of the official User Identification.

8. User letter indicating Bank, name of the account holder, bank account number and CLABE account to make the payment by electronic transfer.

The refusal by the insured to present said documentation releases Grupo Nacional Provincial S.A.B. from the obligation to provide any service.

Exclusions 1. The Company will not pay compensation when the trip cancellation results from any medical

or surgical treatment scheduled in advance of the Trip. 2. Any expense incurred after the Insured has returned to the place of Permanent Residence. 3. The Company will not pay compensation when the trip cancellation results and / or is the

consequence of a scheduled hospitalization prior to the start date of the Trip. 4. This Agreement does not cover loss, damage, resulting business interruption and / or

contingent business interruption, caused by loss directly or indirectly as a consequence of any of the following events:

i. Epidemic ii. Pandemic (Including, but not limited to: Coronavirus (COVID-19); the serious

acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2 (SARS-CoV-2) o any mutation or variation de SARS-CoV-2)

5. The non-presentation for any reason of the essential documents for the trip such as passport, visa visa, vaccination certificates.

6. Non-urgent dental treatments and rehabilitation treatments. 7. Diseases of people whose age is 75 (seventy-five) years or older. 8. Pre-existing illnesses when contracting the flight. 9. The free choice not to travel. 10. Not subject to official prohibitions of any kind. 11. Pregnancy Complications

Expenses for flight delay or flight cancellation Expenses for Flight Delay In the event of Flight Delay contracted with the VIVAAEROBUS Airline of more than 12 (twelve) hours,

GRUPO NACIONAL PROVINCIAL, S.A.B. will reimburse the User for expenses for food, lodging,

transportation, basic necessities and communications incurred up to an amount according to the plan

that has been contracted, as long as the User is outside his usual place of Residence.

To access this benefit, the User must communicate from the airport where they are, to the Call Center

immediately after confirming the delay of their flight; and must subsequently present a written

certificate from the airline certifying the delay suffered; as well as reliable proof of the expenses

incurred by said delay

• User complaint letter in which they indicate where and how the delay occurred.

• Proof of expenses incurred for food, lodging, transportation, basic necessities, and communications

incurred due to flight delay.

• Report and / or letter with the airline’s letterhead where the reason for the delay and its duration are

clearly specified.

• Copy of the official User Identification.

• User letter indicating Bank, name of the account holder, bank account number and CLABE account to

make the payment by electronic transfer.

Exclusions:

This benefit is to be excluded if:

• The User travels with airfare subject to space availability.

• If the delay is due to a strike called by the airline’s own employees or by those of companies

subcontracted by the airline and / or airports.

• The delay occurs due to fortuitous event or force majeure according to its legal definition,

which prevents the airline from complying with its normal itinerary.

• When the delay is due to causes that have been made public or known to the User 24 (twenty-

four) hours prior to the departure of their trip.

• Due to catastrophes or natural phenomena.

• Bankruptcy or events preceding bankruptcy of the airline

• When it is due to acts of terrorism, military service, acts of war, rebellion and insurrection

.

General Exclusions

a) Loss of Hand Baggage and Baggage not registered with the airline. b) The loss of luggage, the confiscation or expropriation of it, by order of any government or public

authority, nor the transport of contraband or illegal trade is not considered. c) Abuse of trust, theft, fraud or bad faith of the Insured, members of his blood or political family,

employees, proxies, people who live permanently with him, servants, beneficiaries or people for whom he is civilly responsible.

d) Burns produced by pipes, cigars, cigars, matches, lighters or the use of irons, as well as losses or damages caused by the use of chemical substances.

e) Decomposition derived from the use of the goods or when the damage or loss is caused by current, either natural or artificial.

f) Any process of cleaning, repair, renovation or any other service. g) Gradual deterioration and / or wear of any object occurred by or during its normal use. h) Extortion, in accordance with Article 390 of the Criminal Code for the Federal District. This

exclusion does not operate in the case of robbery by assault, if such coverage was contracted. i) Treason, espionage, sedition, mutiny, rebellion, terrorism, malicious acts, sabotage, conspiracy,

hostilities, activities or operations of declared war or not; any act of a foreign enemy, internal warfare, martial law, military or usurped power, or any act of usurpation of power, suspension of guarantees or events that give rise to these situations, in fact, or in law.

j) Hostile detonations with the use of any device or weapon of war that uses fission and / or fusion of atomic, nuclear, radioactive energy, or biological and / or biochemical weapons, at any time such detonation occurs.

k) Detonations of mines, torpedoes, bombs or other weapons or abandoned war devices, whether of atomic, nuclear, radioactive, biological or biochemical energy.

l) This policy excludes all types of losses, damages, liability or expenses caused by:

a. Terrorism and / or

b. Measures taken to prevent, prevent, control or reduce the consequences derived from

c. Any consequential damage derived from an act of Terrorism

Terrorism means, for the purposes of this policy:

a) The acts of a person or persons who by themselves, or on behalf of someone or in connection with any organization or government, carry out activities using force, violence or the use of any other means for political, religious, ideological purposes, ethnic or of any other nature, intended to overthrow, influence or pressure the government in fact or in law to make a determination, or alter and / or influence the functioning of any sector of life in the country in question, or all right,

b) Direct and indirect material loss or damage that, with a mediate or immediate origin, is the result of the use of explosives, toxic substances, firearms or any other violent or non-violent means, against people, things or public services and that, faced with the threat or possibility of repeating themselves, cause alarm, fear, terror or anxiety in the population or in a group or sector of it. "

o) Will or bad faith of the Insured, his beneficiaries or successors in title or of the attorneys-in-fact of any of them, and in the circumstances mentioned in Clause 13. of these conditions.

p) Damage caused directly or indirectly, near or remotely, by nuclear reactions, radiation or radioactive contamination.

network, virtual private network, or similar service; any loss and / or damage of data, or damage to any computer system, including, but not limited to, equipment or software (unless such loss and / or damage was caused by a hazard covered herein);

vi. saw. The operation or malfunction of the Internet, intranet, local area network, virtual private network, or similar service, or any Internet address, website, or similar service (unless such malfunction was caused by a hazard covered herein);

s) This Agreement does not cover loss, damage, resulting business interruption and / or contingent business interruption, caused by loss directly or indirectly as a result of any of the following events:

Protected Bag.

Grupo Nacional Provincial will indemnify the beneficiary, up to the Maximum Limit of Liability or Insured

Sum indicated on the policy face and in accordance with the coverage expressly contracted, subject to the

General and Special Conditions of the policy, against loss or material damage that suffers, as long as the

event occurs within the term of the policy.

Covered risks

1) Bag Theft. It covers, without exceeding the agreed Insured Sum, the theft of the Bag and Personal

Use Objects contained therein, property of the Insured, provided that said theft has been

perpetuated through the use of violence or intimidation in people or force in the things. Material

damage to the Bag is also covered, as long as they have occurred due to the theft of its contents.

2) Key Coverage. It covers, without exceeding the agreed Insured Sum, the value of a duplicate of

Keys owned by the Insured, provided that said Keys are contained in the Bag that has been the

object of a theft perpetuated by violence or intimidation of people or force in the things.

3) Portable Equipment Coverage. Covers, without exceeding the Agreed Insured Sum, the Portable

Equipment owned by the Insured, provided that said Portable Equipment is contained in the Bag

that has been the subject of a robbery with perpetuated Violence or intimidation of people or

force in things. Participation in loss: In each claim for loss or material damage to electronic

equipment, and other assets covered by this coverage, the deductible or coinsurance specified in

the "Detail of Coverage" will always be in charge of the Insured.

Exclusions

The Company in no case will be responsible for losses and / or damages:

a) Derived from theft, loss, misplacement, deception, fraud or fraud.

b) Of a material nature produced to the Objects for Personal Use, Portable Equipment Keys and

Documents, contained in the Bag as a result of an attempted theft or for any other circumstance;

Material damages to the Bag itself are covered when they have occurred due to the theft of its

e) That they are caused by fraud, bad faith or gross negligence of the Insured, their attorneys,

beneficiaries or persons for whom they are civilly liable.

f) Derived from any crime involving the direct participation of the Insured, any of their ascendants

or descendants up to the second degree and / or relatives by affinity up to the second degree, as

well as an employee, dependent or servant of the Insured.

g) As a result of foreign war, civil war and all kinds of popular movements.

h) As a result of attacks, riots, popular disorders or other events that the laws qualify as crimes

against public order.

i) Caused by earthquakes, earthquakes, nuclear reaction, nuclear radiation or radioactive

contamination, hurricanes, floods, tsunamis, or aggravated by these events.

j) Assets other than those defined in the description of the coverage contracted. Goods not covered:

Procedure in case of Event.

In the event of an Event that affects any of the insured coverage, the Insured or Beneficiary of the

insurance must follow the following guidelines:

1. Upon becoming aware of an Event produced by some of the risks covered by this insurance, the

insured, if applicable, will have the obligation to:

a. to. Execute all acts that tend to avoid aggravation or reduce Damage.

c. Keep the evidence of the Event and keep the damaged or defective parts until a

representative of the Company makes the visual inspection of the Event and gives the

pertinent instructions. If, within a period of no more than 5 calendar days from the date

of the report to the Company, the representative of the Company does not appear, the

Insured will be released from this obligation. Failure to comply with this obligation may

affect the rights of the Insured under the terms of the Law on the Insurance Contract.

The Insured must deliver the following documents to the Company:

a) Claim by the Insured, narrating the events that occurred, detailing the time, mode and place

of occurrence”.

b) Certified copy of the record issued before the Public Ministry, and / or of the judicial actions

taken and / or part of the Fire Department, as the case may be.

c) In case of risks that affect assets: list of objects claimed with quantity, description and value

of each one of them; damage repair estimate.

d) In the event that the aforementioned documentation is not sufficient to determine the

circumstance of the claim and its consequences, the Company may request additional

information that is related to the claim, the foregoing in terms of Article 69 of the Law About

e) Document of Letter of Claim from the Third Party to the Insured, indicating in the most

detailed and exact way that is feasible, what the events were, how they occurred and the

possible causes that originated them.

Expertise

When there is disagreement between the Insured and the Company about the amount of any loss or

Damage:

• The difference will be submitted to the opinion of an expert appointed by common agreement,

this appointment must be in writing.

• If they do not agree on the appointment of a single expert, two will be appointed, one for each

party, which will be done within a period of 10 days from the date on which one of them was

required by the other, in writing for him to do so.

• Before beginning their work, the two experts will appoint a Third Party in the case of discord.

• If one of the parties refuses to appoint its expert, or simply does not do so when required by the

other, or if the experts do not agree on the appointment of the Third Party, it will be the Judicial

Authority that at the request of Either party will make the appointment of the expert, the Third

Expert, or both, if necessary.

• The death of one of the parties, when it is a natural person or its dissolution if it were a company,

occurred while the expert opinion is being carried out, will not nullify or affect the powers or

attributions of the expert or of the experts or of the Third party expert, depending on the case, or

if any of the parties' experts or the Third Party dies before the opinion, another will be appointed

by the corresponding party (the parties, the experts or the Judicial Power) to replace him.

• The expenses and fees arising from the expert opinion will be borne by the Company and the

Insured in equal parts, but each will cover the fees of its own expert. The expert opinion to which

this clause refers does not imply acceptance of the Claim by the Company, it will simply determine

the loss that it will eventually be obliged to compensate, leaving the parties free to exercise the

actions and oppose the corresponding exceptions.

Repatriation of Remains Assistance:

In the case of Death of a beneficiary during a trip and within the Republic of Mexico, “IGS” will place its

specialized team in charge in order to manage and cover the expenses for the funeral transfer to the place

of residence. Services include:

• Collection and transfer of the body to the viewing room

• Aesthetic arrangement of the body

• Basic metal coffin

• Viewing room for 24 hours

• Legal procedures necessary for the transfer, burial or cremation of the body

• Funerary legal consulting

• Cremation (includes urn for the ashes) or burial

• Funeral carriage to the cemetery

And all that related to said funeral transfer. In the case that the death occurs outside of the Republic of

Mexico, the remains repatriation services will also include the transfer of ashes.

Services are subject to laws and applicable policies of the respective Countries.

Exclusions:

• When there is an abnormal situation caused by war, civil uprising, worker strike, mutiny, riot, civil

commotion, insurrection, revolution or rebellion.

• Seismic movements, floods, volcanic eruptions or other natural phenomena, provided that they

have led to the declaration of a disaster area by the competent authority.

• Epidemics that have been declared as such by resolution by the competent sanitary authority

• Accidents that are a product of acts qualified as a crime.

• Suicide, attempted suicide, poisoning, or self-inflicted injury, whether in your right or altered state

of mind.

• The practice or performance of any sport that objectively constitutes a flagrant aggravation of risk,

except for when previously accepted by the affiliate.

• The affiliate finding themselves in a state of inebriation, or under the effects of any narcotic unless

• People of 70 years and above have a wait time of 3 months.

• The surplus will be covered by the affiliate or responsible family member. "IGS" is relieved of

responsibility when due to force majeure it is impossible to provide the assistance actions

prescribed in this clause, without prejudice to any compensation that may arise.

Dental Expenses

In the event of a dental emergency due to an accident or illness that occurred during the period of validity

of this coverage, “IGS” through its specialized call center will coordinate with its providers to quickly serve

the affiliate, this assistance will have a limit of one (1) event up to the amount described for each package.

Exclusions:

• Any service that is contracted directly by the affiliate or through third parties and that has not been

coordinated through the lines of communication provided by "IGS".

• Self-harm or participation of the affiliate in criminal acts, whether guilty or intentionally.

• The participation of the affiliate in combat, except in the case of self-defence.

• The practice of sports as a professional, participation in official competitions and exhibitions.

• Participation of the affiliate in horse, bicycle, car races and in any kind of races and exhibitions or

tests and / or security and / or endurance contests.

• Practice of sports in professional competition.

Medical Assistance by Phone:

In situations of medical emergency, the family group has 24-hour access, 365 days a year, to the medical

helpline service where a doctor will attend to the call and will provide guidance on which procedure to

follow in which according to the manifested symptoms, will guide the provisional conduct that must be

undertaken while making professional medical-patient contact.

The assistance will be given with no limit of events and unlimited coverage 24 hours, 365 days a year.

Exclusions:

• The telephone medic will not modify medical treatment of a chronic or specialized use.

• Controlled medications will not be prescribed

Medical Referrals from Specialists, Hospitals and Clinics Nationwide in Case of Accident or

Hospitalization:

At the request of the insured, "IGS" will provide information on medical references and hospitals, if

applicable. The cost of the services will be borne by the beneficiary. Assistance will be provided for

unlimited events and with no coverage limit. Workshop reference and coordination, and bicycle

replacement parts at the request of the affiliate and in accordance with the city where the service is

required, “IGS” will inform and give reference on workshops and replacement parts that can be found

near the perimeter of the affiliate.

• The cost of the services will be borne by the affiliate

• Assistance will be provided for unlimited events and with no coverage limit

Medical Discount Network:

When the affiliate requires, “IGS” will provide the service through its specialized call center network, with

information on medical consultations, laboratory studies, cabinet studies, medical equipment, etc. The

affiliate must have some type of discount according to an agreement with the providers of the “IGS”

network.

Legal Assistance Service in the event of stolen documents:

In the event of an Assistance Situation, the Affiliate may contact “IGS” to have telephone assistance for

the management and coordination of administrative procedures derived from the theft, as well as any

coordination or reference of updated information on government, private, or official organizations, etc.

The affiliate may request assistance to process the cancellation of their cell phone, in case it has been

stolen, report the theft of their credit cards with all the seals and coordinate any type of procedure.

This service will be provided without an amount or event limit.

Hotel Expenses for Convalescence of Affiliate:

If the affiliate due to hospitalization in Mexico requires the accommodation of a spouse or a family

member up to the first degree of consanguinity where they must interrupt their trip, "IGS" will be

responsible for the hotel payment up to 5 days, this coverage will only apply with a limit 1 event and

coverage of up to $ 2,000.00 MXN of the final account.

Exclusions:

• For the provision of the service, the affiliate must submit a report from the attending physician that

justifies a situation of serious or acute illness.

Telephone assistance in case of lost Baggage:

At the request of the affiliate, in the event of loss of luggage, “IGS” will provide tracking of the luggage by

following up the airline, this assistance will be provided without limit of events and without limit of

coverage.

In the event that the user has reported to the airline the loss of their registered baggage and it has been

located, "IGS" will assist in monitoring it to send it to the user under the following options:

• Coordination and payment of a safe taxi service for the shipment of baggage from the airport to

the hotel or place of habitual residence of the User.

• Payment of a taxi service so that the user can go to the airport to pick it up.

• In case the baggage is in a city other than that of the Hotel or the User's habitual residence, the

parcel delivery service will be coordinated and paid for. The airline will use all reasonable means at

its disposal to track the lost luggage and will support “IGS” with the status information and follow-

up.

• The User must provide a copy of the loss of luggage report to the airline, as well as communicate

when the airline reports that the luggage was found.

These Services will be provided up to the limit stipulated for this coverage depending on the contracted

plan and 1 (one) event during your trip and its validity, as long as the user has contacted “IGS” to report

their lost luggage.

Localized Baggage Delivery Exclusions:

"IGS" will not pay any compensation resulting from the following cases:

• Loss of handheld luggage and luggage not registered with the airline

• Total or partial losses that are a result of confiscation, expropriation or destruction by order of any

government, customs or government agencies or by the transport of contraband or illegal

trafficking

• Armed or security forces. Derivatives of radioactive nuclear energy. Pre-existing damage at the start

of the contract.

• Catastrophic natural events such as floods, earthquakes, tsunamis, hail, strong winds, volcanic

eruptions, cyclones, and the falling of any celestial body.

• Expropriation, requisition or damage produced in the owner's property by order of the government,

de jure or de facto, or of any instituted authority.

• Work requested to make improvements to the property or its remodeling.

• Damage caused by construction of its foundation.

• Damage caused by natural wear, normal use, corrosion, end of life of materials or those caused by

Employee Substitution:

In the event that the affiliate cannot go on the business trip that has been contracted because of a medical

emergency, “IGS” will pay 1 round-trip ticket to the employee designated by the affiliate.

The affiliate must call "IGS" and request assistance 48 hours in advance of the trip that had been

scheduled, indicating the name of the employee who will replace them, this so that "IGS" can coordinate

and purchase the corresponding ticket.

The Affiliate must verify that he has a medical emergency by means of necessary documents that endorse

this state (medical opinion, hospitalization sheet, etc.).

Auto Roadside Assistance

• Running step

• Flat tire change

• In the event that the car requires a flat tire change, a gasoline supply or a battery reset (current

flow), “IGS” will organize and assume the cost up to the coverage limit of the shipment of a service

provider to solve the eventualities mentioned, so that the car or motorcycle can be mobilized by

its own means. In all cases, the user must accompany the service provider at all times.

• The gasoline supply service is up to 10 liters, the cost of fuel must be assumed by the member.

• The battery reset service will be performed as long as it is possible to reset without causing

damage.

"IGS" makes available to affiliates 24 hours a day, 365 days a year technical consultation by telephone

and/or remotely about:

• The installation of antispyware and antivirus

• The filter of online content

• Consultations about software or hardware

• Domain registration and virus elimination. This coverage is unlimited

• Consultation by phone about the acquisition of hardware and software

• Consultation by phone on the acquisition of hardware and software

• Peripheral configuration by phone

• Installation of antispyware (adware) by phone

• Assistance by phone for information transfer between computers

This assistance will be provided without limit of events, the costs of services that are not telephone and

that require payment for the service of these, are borne by the affiliate.

Affiliate obligations (Guarantees):

The affiliate will be obligated in all cases and for for all services that will be provided to them to:

• Obtain the express authorization of the service provider, through the operating center in

Mexico, before committing any type of service by their own initiative.

• The affiliate must always accept the recommendations and solutions indicated by the

provider, as compared to the services requested.

• Identify themself as an affiliate before the provider's officials or before the people that the

latter company hires for the purpose of providing the services described in this document.

• It is implicit that at the time of using the "assistance" service, the affiliate authorizes the clinic

to deliver all documentation (medical history) required by the provider and "IGS".

General Exclusions of the Assistance Services:

In addition to the exclusions indicated in some of the coverages, the Company will not cover the following

cases:
