for environmental management systems focused on minimizing an organization’s environmental impact and for the measurement and reporting of ongoing environmental performance. Whether we’re building a corporate sustainability program or promoting green products and services, our industry-leading experts work closely with you to position your company or institution as a sustainable leader. We start by reviewing your existing practices and look for opportunities to reduce costs and risks, while improving your environmental footprint. This could include energy, water and waste technology, green chemicals and packaging, among other options.

A Snapshot of Our ExperienceOur leadership has experience working with major brands, government organizations, and businesses. Among our successes:

• Helped a major municipal recycling and waste management company understand future strategic opportunities, developing its brand and stakeholder engagement strategy, positioning it as an environmental stewardship leader, and helping it overcome regulatory hurdles for their new technologies.

• Developed unconventional and extremely successful sustainability initiatives for leading brands, such as partnering The North Face and Lexus with The Conservation Fund and highly visible celebrity-driven carbon-neutral events to gain national and worldwide media exposure around the companies’

commitment to the environment. The initiatives highlighted the companies’ overall sustainability efforts and environmentally-friendly alternative product offerings.

• Positioned the Department of Navy as the leading government agency in meeting energy reduction goals, and implementing and promoting energy conservation at bases across the world, while also communicating its energy efficiency and renewable energy research and programs to the public.

• Launched the Samsung green phone while simultaneously growing market share for its smart phone business. Also, counseled Samsung on relations with environmental groups on electronic recycling.
