and shall take precedence over any conflicting statements contained therein. Revise all other notes,
schedules, details, elevations, sections as required.

1) Owner’s Responsibility Matrix Refer to attached “Responsibility Matrix” Dated 04/12/19 for updated list of owner supplied
vs contractor supplied and installed items involved on project
2) Add Alternate – 002 revision Contractor shall replace “NOT USED” with “CLOSING ROOM OFFICE ENTRANCES” and
add the following description of Add Alternate 002:
“CONTRACTOR SHALL PROVIDE SEPARATE ADD ALTERNATE PRICING TO
PROVIDE AND INSTALL FRAMELESS ALL-GLASS SLIDING DOORS AND SIDELITES
IN ACCORDANCE WITH SPECIFICATION SECTION 084227 – ALL-GLASS SLIDING
ENTRANCE DOORS IN LIEU OF TYPE “D1” DOORS INDICATED ON SHEET A4.1.
