TITLE: GOOD & BAD MUSIC VIDEO TECHNIQUES For each of the following techniques find one video which displays good practise and one which displays bad practise: • Large number of cuts • Special effects • Cutting to the beat • Varied camera language • Green screen • Lip-synching Embed each video into your blog and subhead each pair of videos with the technique it shows. Underneath each pair write a comparison (minimum a long paragraph) of how the technique has been used, considering: - What the intended effect of each technique is - Why/why not the technique has been successful - The impact/effect on the viewer (especially their engagement & enjoyment – and why?) - How it represents the artist (denotation & connotation) DUE SUNDAY @ 8PM
