The new Mustang range is centred on four basic mod-els - the Mustang 4, 5, 9 and 13 - classed according tolifting capacity. Each has been designed for a range ofuses and environments, based on many years of expe-rience. Due to its ultimate basic design and use ofmodular standard components are the number of com-binations for each model almost infinite (skid-, crawler-and truck-mounted, with or without articulated boom,etc) add to this the wide selection of options.The rigs are equipped with load sensing systemhydraulic system which guarantee a minimum of powerconsumption at every moment of the drilling sequence. Selecting the ideal rig to suit particular needs is a ques-tion of teamwork. Close interaction between our cus-tomers and product specialists - enabling requirementsto be fully understood and capabilities realisticallyappraised - is something we welcome as the key tofinding the best available and safest solution.

Mustang 4, the smallest rig in the Mustang league isdesigned for drilling holes the range 75 to 150 mmdiameter and can under optimal conditions reachdepths up to 250 m. Mustang 4 is in its basic form equipped for handlingDTH hammers, augers, rotary- and core drilling equip-ment after adding the necessary adapters and tool kits.Foam- and flushpumps are available and providesadditional capacity and safety to the operation.Overburden drilling with methods such as OD, ODEXand DEPS can be performed with the use of a choiseof hydraulic top-hammers. The rig is easily adapted formounting on a range of carriers, such as crawler, trail-er, truck or just on a simple skid. Thanks to its smallsize the rig is conveniently transported to remote areasor will perform well in sites with limited work space.
