a catalog in process. We are also currently in the process of completing a fully functional

General

Mustang Wire Products, Inc. manufactures and stocks wire products commonly used in the fishing Jure industry. These

wires are produced from very bright finish, spring temper stainless steel wire which provides a decorative appearance as

well as superior spring and anti-corrosion properties. Most wire forms shown in this catalog are stocked to provide

fast shipment to our customers. Mustang Wire Products manufactures products in the USA using US-made materials.

Materials Certifications:

Our products meet NAFTA requirements and a certificate of compliance can be executed upon request.

Custom Wire Components:

Requests for custom wire forms are welcome. If you need a wire form that is not offered as a stock item in this

catalog, whether very similar or considerably different from stock items, please contact us! Mail or email a drawing

showing dimensions, wire diameter, and quantity required or send a sample. We are pleased to quote on any special

requirements you may have. The minimum quantity will vary depending on form configuration.

Available wire diameters:

We have a substantial selection of wire sizes and finishes. The bright wire is stocked in .022, .024, .026, .028, .030,

.032, .035, .037, .040, .045 and .051. Others may be available upon request.

Available wire types:

In addition to the wire diameters in bright finish mentioned above, we also have copper coat in some diameters (aids in

plating), super stainless steel (higher strength with brown surface finish) and others. If you need a special wire for your

forms to be made from, please ask.

Minimum order:

Mustang Wire Products requires that whatever you order, please do so in multiples of 1000. We do not break

packages. Some components may have a 5000 or 10,000-piece minimum. Please call if you have any questions.

Ordering information:

Written, telephone or email orders are welcome. If you wish to order my email, please be certain NOT to email a

credit card number. Due to security concerns, please telephone with a credit or debit card number.

Terms:

Open accounts: Net 30 days with no minimum billing is available. If you wish to open an account, please contact us.

Overdue accounts will have the overdue amount added to future shipments and open account status may be

withdrawn.

All other accounts: COD or payment with the order is required. Acceptable forms of payment are MasterCard, Visa,

money order or check. COD charges will be added to the order.

Shipping:

Shipping is added, at cost, at the time of shipment or the shipment can be sent freight collect. We will ship via the

carrier you select. Shipping terms are FOB Oklahoma City, Oklahoma.

Handling:

There will be a $6 handling charge added to orders with a subtotal (does not include shipping or excise tax, if any) of less

than $200.

Taxes:

Federal Excise Tax:

10% FET will be added to all orders unless a copy of the Internal Revenue Service form 637 (or the approval letter) is

submitted to Mustang Wire Products in advance of the shipping of the order.

Sales Tax:

We require you submit a State Sales Tax permit for your respective state. (Multi-J may be required)

Samples:

Samples of stock items are available at no charge.

Specifications:

Product specifications are subject to change without notice.

Guarantee:

All merchandise is guaranteed to be free from defects. If there is any question about the quality of any product we

supply, please contact us promptly. It is always desired that you are pleased with the product you receive. If you are

not, please give us an opportunity to correct any deficiencies. This guarantee is limited to the replacement of our

product or a refund of the product cost determined at our discretion.

Patent infringement:

The purchaser, when ordering goods from Mustang Wire Products, Inc. warrants that neither the components(s)

ordered nor the finished article(s) is/are and will not be an infringement of any valid trademark(s) or patent(s). The

purchaser further agrees, at the purchaser's own expense, to defend any and all actions and suits which may be brought

against Mustang Wire Products, Inc. charging such infringement.
