Harley is a Brisbane-based composer, conductor and educator who works nationally and internation-ally with musicians of all ages. He has received commissions from organisations including ANCA Qld, Australian Boys’ Choir, Brisbane Birralee Voices, Brisbane Riverfestival, Bristol Council (United Kingdom), Qld Music Festival and numerous others. As a conductor, he works with amateur and professional ensembles, and has toured extensively sharing music with audiences from all backgrounds recently including Uganda, Cambodia and Malaysia. Harley is overtly devoted to using music as a way to com-municate with others, express ideas and share culture unity.Harley is currently the Director of Performance at Toowoomba Grammar School, where he works with musicians from Prep to Year 12. His recent publication B@SS – Boys @ School Succeed, is gaining atten-tion for the positive approach to educating boys within current educational trends. He is very excited about the future of music-making by using various technologies to work collaboratively with artists across the WWW.

Barry is a graduate of the Queensland Conservatorium having completed a Diploma of Music in In-strumental Performance in 1987, a Graduate Diploma in 1990 and a Masters of Music Degree in 1997. Barry was also the first classical saxophonist to obtain a Licentiate Diploma with the Australian Music Examinations Board in 1987. He also has a Bachelor of Education through the University of Southern Queensland.Barry has over 25 years experience teaching music in schools. He began as an Instrumental Music teacher with Education Queensland and since 1997 has been working in Catholic schools for boys promoting instrumental music. In conjunction with school teaching, he has been teaching Saxophone at the Queensland Conservatorium since 1992. Barry is also a specialist woodwind examiner for the Australian Music Examinations Board. Barry has been the centre of classical saxophone teaching in Brisbane for 20 years with many of his graduates now teaching and performing throughout Australia, Europe and the United States of America.Barry also has an extensive performing career, giving solo recitals for festivals and ABC FM radio. Since 1988, he has performed as Principal Saxophone with the Queensland Symphony and Philharmonic Orchestras. Barry is currently Director of Music at St Joseph’s College, Gregory Terrace.

Theo studied violin at the Queensland Conservatorium of Music followed by a Graduate Diploma in Instrumental Teaching from QUT, Kelvin Grove.Theo enjoys an association with the Queensland Youth Orchestra, as a member of the audition panel, tutor and board member. Theo is also the guest audition panellist and tutor for the Gold Coast Youth Orchestra.In promoting youth music, Theo has coordinated, adjudicated and conducted a number of workshops, festivals and ensembles for the Brisbane Independent Schools, GPS Association, Education Queens-land and Community based String Orchestras. As Strings Director at Brisbane Boys’ College, Theo conducts the String Ensembles, College Symphony and teaches violin, viola and classroom instrumental lessons. He is also a Senior Housemaster.
