RE: What makes somewhere special, sacred or holy? Maybe you
have somewhere special you like to be – it might be a religious
building – like a Mosque, Church or Mandir? Or maybe your special
place is in creation, the seaside, or safe in your bedroom. Oerhaps it
is where you feel close to God, most at peace, or the safest. Watch
this story about what happened to Jesus when he visited the Temple –
one of his special places.

Why not draw a picture of a somewhere that is special
or sacred to you? Can you explain why it is so special to you?
PSHE/Wellbeing: We will blog a wellbeing or PSHE focus on Monday.
Sweet or savoury? Decorate biscuits or crackers - make happy faces using
sweets, fresh or dried fruit, cheese, ham, crisps etc. Let your
imagination go wild!
Yes, yes, no no! This simple game can be played anywhere, at any
time. It produces a lot of laughter and children love it.
Ask your child questions and they have to answer without saying
‘Yes’ or ‘No’.
Take it in turns and see who wins.
The game improves children’s communication.
You can also use it to explore issues or feelings in a fun way
