Female model to be photographed in a range of outfits/styles and locations chosen to represent the genre of the magazine. Experiment with different props, such as musical instruments, bubbles, balloons etc. to give a fun vibe. Hair styled messy with bold makeup.  Shot of concert representing concert/festival reviews

I will take photographs in a number of different shot types and angles. For the front cover I will take a range of shots at eye level so that there is a friendly open atmosphere created. I will experiment with shots such as mid shots, CU, LS, low angles and high angles. I will experiment with shots of all of my models, especially for the contents page and double page spread as I want to use a range of different images. Photographs used on contents page will be related to cover lines.

Photographs will be well lit, preferably using natural light as I feel this works best. This will make sure that the images are clear and professional. If necessary I will use artificial lighting if my pictures are too dark.

I will use a plain, white background for my main cover images so the cover lines are easy to read and the magazine looks professional and neat. I will experiment with the background for the contents page and double page spread, such as a brick wall, various outdoor scenes, different rooms, stage etc.

I will experiment with editing the colour of the background to see what works best. I will also experiment with filters and the colouring for my images. I will smooth any blemishes on the models. I will fix any shiny areas on the models or imperfections on the background. I will crop images as needed. My editing needs to be seamless and professional.
