The main genre of the music inside my magazine is Scremo I am using this because there are few scream magazines solely devoted to scream music out there.

Other genres in my magazine will include hard rock and metal, but only in small amounts.

Editorial Mission Statement

My magazine will include exciting news on all the new names in screamo. Interviews with the big names in Screamo. My magazine will supply people with recommendations on bands and will give information about these bands.

My magazine will supply the readers free rip out posters every week with all the stars of the metal world on.

My magazine will include competitions to concerts of the bands and include tour dates in the middle.

Target Audience

The main target audience of my magazine would be people that enjoy metal, but prefer screamo.

People that are interested in trying something new and into more experimental types of music.

People that are interested in fast paced skillful music.

Tagline and USP

The USP of my magazine is that it will be solely devoted to screamo, it will contain the new and upcoming stars of the scream world.

The main Tagline for my magazine will be “Are you GROWLINGGG… for a new scream magazine?!”

Front Cover IdeasFor my front cover I am planning on placing the

magazine name in the top left hand corner using a bold font, I will then place a big picture containing the highlight of the magazine on the right and smaller pictures in the space next to this filling the space, with the other space left I plan on adding information about what will be contained in the magazine

Double Page Spread Ideas

The page will contain information about the highlight on the front of the cover, it will give information of tour dates and also an interview with the band itself! It will have links to the bands website and also the bands top 10 favorite songs.

Brand Identity•FontsThe fonts I am planning on using will be bold and will stand

out, possibly be block capitals to show the music is loud. ‘EXAMPLE’

•ColoursThe main colours I am planning of using are Green, White

and Black as these colours stand out

• ImagesThere will be several images on my cover there will be

small images of the bands included and then a big image of the highlight of the magazine
