Conclusions There is no substantial consensus with musical artist

preference

The highest consensus of 6.36% was for Bruno Mars and Coldplay

The second highest consensus of 4.55% was for Taylor Swift and Beyonce

Based on the ordinal question in our survey, this is the preference from UTA students for the following selection of artists: Katy Perry (1, most preferred)

The White Stripes (2) Kanye West (3)

Tim Mcgraw (4)

Tiesto (5, least preferred)

Page 12: Music entertainment survey for UTA

Conclusions Through many sample comparisons, we determined

that there is no consensus here at UTA with musical

preference

If UTA wants to have successful events, they should

have concerts more often that contain a variety of

genres so they can appeal to more students at UTA.

They should also offer special ticket prices between

$16-30 to UTA students.
