Introduction

The objective for this workshop is to impart life-ready

competencies like creativity, innovation, cross-cultural understanding and

resilience.

Proposed schedule

The workshop will be conducted in 4 lessons (2 hour each) and

over a period of 1-2 months on a weekly basis.

Step 1: Head coach delivers

the basics

• Workshop is led by a head coach. Her responsibility is to deliver step-by-step guidance in a way that is easy to follow and comprehend.

Step 2: Instructors to

assist in teaching

• Within each class, participants will be grouped into groups of 5-8 and exercise song composition using iPad, iPhone and laptop on a rotating basis amongst groups.

Step 3: Students develop life-

ready competencies

• At the end of the entire 4 workshop sessions, songs are created. Participants develop life-ready competencies and discovery of their innate talents.
