In recent years, under the guidance of general manager Huangwei, the company has developed into the largest agricultural industrialization enterprise in Yunnan province engaged in mushroom production, processing, export and scientific research, holding a leading position on comprehensive strength and technology. In 2014, the company developed a new variety of mushroom - miniature m u s h r o o m , t h e m u s h r o o m w a s domesticated from wild mushrooms, and smaller than traditional individual mushroom, the cap diameter is only three centimeters, the mushroom stipe length is 2.5 -3 cm, the fruiting body is milky white, the nutrients is 25% more than traditional mushroom. Miniature mushroom’s growing cycle is short, the mushroom is very suitable for factory producing, and is also popular with customers.O v e r t h e y e a r s , i n m u s h r o o m production, the company developed complex medium based on forestry and agricultural residues, and replaced the traditional Shiitake mushroom cultivation technology that was based on wood as the medium. Through this, production costs fell by 30%, biological efficiency reached more than 100% on average (20% higher than

pure wood) and the fruiting cycle was shortened by 20 days. At present, this new Shiitake cultivation technology is the first of its type in Chinese mass production.Through cytoplasm fusion technology, the company independently developed

Amazing news comes from a photographer who captured incredible pictures of bioluminescent fungi. There are 65 species of bioluminescent mushrooms. They give out spectacular light throughout the day and night, but the light is certainly more obvious at night. The photographer devoted himself to capturing glowing mushrooms throughout many countries. He states that of the 85,000 species in mushrooms, only 65 make their own

The national photovoltaic edible mushroom industry technology innovation strategic alliance was found in Qingdao, Shandong

province on 29th Dec . The photovol ta ic greenhouse was designed uniquely and was commended by the visitors. It was reported that solar power systems were set atop the greenhouse, which produced clean energy. This not only offered daily lighting for the greenhouse, but also fed surplus electricity to the national grid, allowing others to use clean energy. Light-

loving plants such as Semiaquilegia, Aloe and others, were grown on the sunny side; and sciophilous plants were grown on the shady side.

The plants grown on the shady side could provide organic fertilizer to the plants grown in the sunny side. After the harvest of mushrooms, the spent mushroom substrate can provide organic fertilizer to the plants grown on the sunny side. This not only reduces product cost, but also increases economic and environmental benefits significantly.
