Museum Professionals
Who are Museum Professionals?
• Museum professionals are working in different types of private and state museums
• They are professionals who are responsible from management, promotion, education and communication within the museums
• They need both basic and specific skills
Objectives of the Project• To transfer the vocational training program of
F-MUSEUM project for museum professionals and to revise it in accordance with the needs of museum professionals in Turkey
• To develop an academic curricula for the Department of Museum Education of Ankara University to enhance skills and vision of the potential museology students
• To design and functionalize a web site and an e-portal in accordance with the curricula designed

General Interview
• Partnership Agreements will be signed after the main contract signed between Ankara University and Turkish National Agency
• Responsibilities, financial and administrative rules will take place in the partnership agreements in parallel to the Main Contract signed between Ankara University and Turkish National Agency
• Payment will be transferred as ▫ 40 % pre-payment 1 (after the transfer of Turkish
National Agency. app. in 1 month)▫ 40 % as pre-payment 2 (after the transfer of Turkish
National Agency, app. in 6 months)▫ 20 % after the final report approval
1. Intellectual Outputs
• Intellectual outputs are produced by the staff of the leader and the partners
• The leader and the partners have to be able to demonstrate the formal link with the staff member concerned, whether the person is involved in the Project on a professional or voluntary basis in education, training or youth non-formal learning(professors, teachers, trainers, school leaders, youth workers and non-educational staff)
• staff working for a beneficiary on the basis of service contract (e.g. translators, web designer etc.) are not considered as staff of the organisation concerned. Their working time can therefore not be claimed under "intellectual outputs" but may be eligible under "exceptional costs" (if there is allocation in their budget)
Intellectual Outputs
Requirement: Records of the project expenditures in the accounts of the partner must be provided for any inquiry

• Important documents produced or prepared while producing the main output such as questionnaires, data entry forms, literature reviews, work and focus meeting minutes, power point presentations,.
• A document indicating the project staff is the employee (full time or Project based) of the partner organization

• Staff mission reports (monthly based): It is a short description of the monthly works done by each staff
2. Management 500 € for the leader organization per month 250 € for the partner organizations per month

3. Transnational Meetings
▫ 575 € per participant (for 100-1999 kms. distance band)
▫ 760 € per participant (more than 2000 kms. distance band)

Supporting documents▫ Participation certificate signed by the hosting organization
▫ Travel program, tickets, boarding cards, hotel invoices and other invoices( if applicable)
▫ Meeting agenda, meeting minutes, participation sheets etc.
4. Learning , teaching and training(Participants should be legal staff of the leader and partner organizations)
▫ Travel: 275 € for each participant(for 100-1999 kms. distance band), 360 € for each participant(more than 2000 kms. distance band)
▫ Individual support for accommodation: (100 € per day for each participant
Requirement: Records of the project expenditures in the accounts of the partner must be provided for any inquiry
Supporting documents
▫ Participation certificate signed by the hosting organization which covers name and target of the training, participant’s name, starting and end days of the training)
▫ Training evaluation questionnaire
▫ Evaluation summary of the training
▫ For each training participants: tickets, boarding cards, hotel invoices and other invoices (if applicable)
5. Multiplier Events
Multiplier events are in responsibility of the leader organization
100 € per local participant for all expenses
200 € per international participants for all expenses
6. Exceptional Cost
Subcontracting Item: It is mainly budgeted for design of e-learning portal and national travel expenses
