“Muscle Madness” Activity Students will split up into 6 groups. Each group will
have 2-3 students. Find a station around the room. There should only
be one group per station. You and your group will have 30 seconds to come
up with an exercise/activity that uses the muscle pictured on the poster .
Rotate clockwise around the room on instructors mark.
All groups will go to every station. At the end students will demonstrate one exercise off each poster.

“Muscle Dance” Activity Students will break up into groups of 3, and will be given a note card with 3 muscles on it Students will have 5-10 minutes to come up with a
dance that uses the 3 muscles on their card. Dance should be 30seconds- 1 minute. Should be
creative, and appropriate After each group presents their dance, the class
will try and guess which muscles they had to focus on.
