    4. ANNUAL ACCOMPLISHMENT REPORT

    At least two individuals representing your municipality/county must accrue a total of 8 Continuing Education Units

    (CEUs) annually to maintain Approved Status under the Act. Any individual can attain CEUs on behalf of your

    municipality/county, they do not have to be CORE trained. CORE Training does not count toward CEU credits.

    It is required under the Act that each municipality/county have at least two CORE Trained individuals, one municipal

    employee and one community volunteer. An elected official will qualify as either a municipal employee or a

    community volunteer. The people listed here must be currently active in your shade tree program.

    An Annual Accomplishment Report records Community Forestry Management Plan implementation. A complete

    Annual Accomplishment Report detailing the years accomplishments under the plan, with Cover Sheet, must be

    submitted at the end of each calendar year by February 15th.

    A current approved Community Forestry Management Plan is required for Approved Status.
