ORDER:

Orders were issued in the reference first read above, approving thenorms for staffing pattern of Administration, Revenue, Accounts, PublicHealth and Sanitation, Engineering and Town Planning in urban localbodies except the Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation.

2. In the references second to fourth read above the Director ofMunicipal Administration, A.P., Hyderabad has submitted that in view of

constitution of 42 new Nagar Panchayat and Municipalities, necessaryarrangements have to be made to attend to provide civic amenities like

street lighting, water supply, sanitation, maintenance of roads and drainsand implement regulatory measures of Town Planning, Revenue,Engineering, Sanitation and Solid Waste Management as per the

provisions of APM Act, 1965.

3. In this connection, the Director of Municipal Administration, A.P.,

Hyderabad has requested for sanction of posts to the following (42) newlyconstituted Nagar Panchayats/ Municipalities to run day to dayadministration smoothly based on the staffing pattern approved by theGovernment in the reference 1st read above.
