As it has done for well over a decade, GTR’s annual conference brought India’s trade community together for discussion, debate and networking opportunities. GTR India 2019 returned for its 15th year, at the Taj Lands End, Mumbai on February 4.

As the only event of its kind for the Indian market, the multiformat conference allowed both domestic and international delegates to meet face-to-face to discuss their priorities and hear directly from expert speakers and industry influencers on topics ranging from fintech evolution, corporate treasury priorities and considerations, to geo-political influencers and supply chain finance development.

Discussion topics included an assessment on the fintech landscape in India plus questions such as; Can India be the ultimate beneficiaries of a trade war, how easy is it to do business in the current climate. With 2019’s event welcoming a record attendance of over 320 delegates, GTR India once again provided the ideal meeting place for all those involved with facilitating Indian trade.
