EMAR motivation: bridging gaps
National societies and discussion groups are not coordinated (European dimension)
Different specialities talk different scientific dialects (Interdisciplinarity)
Cutting edge developments diffuse slowly to the users. Capabilities of state of the art instrumentation in isolated locations may not be always used because of knowledge barriers (Training)
![Page 3: Multidisciplinary Frontiers of Magnetic Resonance EMAR Research Networking Program Launched April 13th 2007.](https://reader036.fdocuments.us/reader036/viewer/2022082518/56649ec05503460f94bcb44b/html5/thumbnails/3.jpg)
EMAR Objectives Facilitate, intregrate and disseminate the work
carried out by National NMR and EPR communities in Europe (NETWORKING)
Stimulate the development of MR in interdisciplinary areas by coordination and exchange between groups in different areas (EXPLORATION)
Promote the transition of concepts and techniques from the frontiers to basic users (TRAINING)
