INTRODUCTION:Ever heard of the saying, if you can dream it, you can do it! Well, at Multidimensions that’s our motto! We turn dreams into reality (at least we try to, and if we can’t we just find another solution that will work for you), and bring “out of reach technology”, down to earth.
Our world of marketing, digital media, design and public relations has been turned upside down in the past couple of years, as technology has travelled at the speed of light through its own evolution, leaving most of us feeling out of depth in today’s markets. We all strive to build strong brands, increase sales, create awareness and maximise return on investment. Traditional marketing is simply not good enough, as we compete to be seen; to be heard; and to be felt; in this chaotic space.
We turn dreams into reality (at least we try to, and if we can’t we just find another solution that will work for you), and bring “out of reach technology”, down to earth.

Fund profilePrudential Income Portfolios offer both a Living Annuity Option (for those retiring from a retirement fund) as well as a Voluntary Option (any other discretionary capital). Each option consists of a number of carefully selected unit trust funds.
Investment objectiveThese income portfolios provide you with the opportunity to choose an income level which meets your personal circumstances, with the added benefit that the integrity of your investment capital be maintained. At no time is the income level or the capital value guaranteed. However, both aspects are actively managed, to ensure that the required targets are met as closely as possible over time.
Who should investInvestors who need to receive a particular income level from their capital, but are also concerned that the residual capital must retain its value as far as possible over time.

Dent repair SolutionFor small scratches and dents
The Audi Centre Pinetown Dent Repair Solution (DRS) provides for the removal of minor dents, scratches and windscreen chips & cracks, keeping your vehicle in showroom condition.
Dent Repair Solution
Why do I need this?
Because Dings Happen! Sooner or later even the most pristine vehicle will get a ding, scratch or chipped windscreen. After all, there are only two kinds of vehicles: those with dents, and those that will get them.
The world is filled with careless drivers, clumsy pedestrians, poles and shopping carts that go out of their way to diminish not only the look of your ‘perfect’ vehicle but its value too. And if this isn’t bad enough the driving conditions and road surfaces in your area will probably lead to stone chip damage to your windscreen. The Audi Centre Pinetown DRS is a maintenance plan that can protect your investment from the dangers of everyday driving, helping to keep your vehicle in showroom condition without ever losing your No Claim Bonus.
• It’s easy - you pay a once-off premium• It makes financial sense - it saves your No Claim Bonus• It’s convenient - dings can be repaired at any registered and recognised panel
beater in your area• It’s immediate - you can utilise the benefits from the moment you sign• It’s transferable - should you decide to sell your vehicle
Audi Centre Pinetown Dent Repair Solution is ideal protection because...

MIDVAAL APPROVES A BUDGET OF R930 MILLION FOR 2012/2013The 2012/2013 IDP and Budget
is focussed on maintaining and enhancing basic service delivery to
all areas in Midvaal with a shift towards addressing the need for additional infrastructure and social facilities in poorer communities.
BUDGET IN NUMBERS:• Operating budget of R738 million
- increase of 34% from the previous year’s budget of R550 million. This is attributed to the expected econom-ic growth, additional depreciation onrevaluedassetsandNERSA’sfinaltariff determination for Midvaal;
• Employee costs of R159 million
which is 22% of the total budget.(below the accepted norm of 30%but issufficienttoallowforanexpected 8% increase in salaries as well as the creation of about 20 additional posts);
• Increase of 11% (R38 million) to repairs and maintenance budget with roads and bulk services making up the majority of this cost;
• Capital Budget of more than
R192 million, about R72 million of that reflects public donations forinfrastructure for the Eye of Africa Development;
• R59 million for loans - Midvaal has been very conservative with regardstoloanfinanceinthepastand there is much scope to increase our borrowing in anticipation of future growth;
DRUG AWARENESS EVENT FOCUSES ON YOUTH IN DALESIDE
Recently local Ward Councillor Rob Jones, together with the Klipriver SAPS, Sedibeng Social Services and com-munity members hosted a Drug Awareness event at
the Daleside Library, which was well attended by both youth and parents from the area.
Presentations focused on separating fact from myth and ensuring our youth are well informed, of not only the dangers of drug abuse, but also what support is available to those that may be in need of help.
Follow-up meetings will be held, with plans to link in with crime prevention forums (patrollers, neighbourhood watch etc.), and use Daleside as a pilot area to highlight aware-ness of the dangers of drug and alcohol abuse.
Statistics estimate that over 73% of all violent crimes are related to either drugs or alcohol abuse and in most cases crimes of house-breakings, ‘smash and grabs’, and other crimes are by drug users in need of quick cash to support their habit.
Tour de WalkervilleThe annual Tour De Walkerville on Worker’s Day
was yet again a great success, with around 800 walkers supporting the event. Started 16 years
ago as a charity event, this 10.5km fun walk has since grown in both walkers and funds raised.
“What was initially just a great idea for fun is now a fantastic fundraising initiative and also of course,agreatcommunityeventthatreflectsthespirit and camaraderie of our community.” said Midvaal MMC Malcolm Hack.
This year, no less than 16 charities benefittedfrom the entrance fees of the Tour De Walkerville event. Numerous pit-stops along the way ensured walkers got to experience the Midvaal countryside, with additional lucky draws and an auction adding to the fundraising kitty.
Everyone had loads of fun, with many walkers even bringing along their dogs and more interest-ingly, even a few horse riders were spotted along the route.

YOUTH DEVELOPMENT PROGRAMME reaches new heights
The Midvaal Youth Leadership Pro-gramme launched last year by the Midvaal Local Municipality,
the Oliphant Institute of Leadership and the North West University can now boast a 65 percent success rate. Of the 80 students who participated in the training, 52 completed their courses successfully.
This year the programme has again selected 80 youth to further their studies through the programme.
“South Africa is in desperate need of leaders. This programme is custom-made to produce leaders of substance. The opportunity has been created for you and we trust that you will not disappoint us!” said MMC of
Development / Planning and Hous-ing Bongani Baloyi, in addressing the students.
”The unemployment rate in South Africa is regrettable and of the 26 per-cent who are jobless, 60 percent are young people. The leadership pro-gramme was launched in response to the high rate of youth unemploy-ment in our country. The partnership believes in creating an opportunity to develop future leaders and entre-preneurs who will make a valuable contribution to their society,” said Reverend John Maluma, from the Northwest University.
The training will focus on life skills, starting your own business, computer
skills, leadership skills, supporting com-munities with HIV/AIDS (prevention and treatment), as well as commu-nity leadership. The leadership pro-gramme is a 12 month programme hosted at the North West University’s Vaal Campus. Funding for the training is provided by the Midvaal Local Mu-nicipality and various sponsors.
“We are in need of leaders with high ethical and moral values who can steer our country to a stable and prosperous future. We are very grate-ful for this partnership with Midvaal and the University. Together we are bettering the future,” said Dr. MolefiOliphant, from the Oliphant Institute of Leadership.

Midvaal’s position on a Metro The demarcation proposal aimed at forming a
“Vaal River Metropolitan Municipality’ by combin-ing the municipalities of Emfuleni and Midvaal has
been strongly rejected at a recent Council meeting. A petition campaign against the Metro proposals
has already been launched and social networks are also being used to gain support against the demarcation.
“We all remember when Meyerton formed part of the Vereeniging Kopanong Municipality from 1995 – 2000. For the sake of our residents, we will do all we can to protect Midvaal’s existence,” said the execu-tive Mayor of Midvaal, Timothy Nast.

TYPE OF WORK: Concept design and web development of new CMS system. So called ‘soft’ logos are currently very trendy.
With the burst of internet companies it has become the norm to keep logo type in lowercase,
even for acronyms. This logo has a soft contemporary feel, with the levels of colours being introduced which can be used across the brand to emphasise the “levels” of investors. Tapping into the competitive nature of the youth market could have a profound effect on the success of the brand.
