Color change made simple(1) The key components of the MultiColor Switch solution are two OptiCenter OC07, the OptiSpray AP01 applica-tion pumps, the OptiGun GA03-P automatic guns and the switching device. (2) At the end of the production batch with powder “A”, the OptiCenter “A” quickly cleans the powder hoses and the guns by powerful air pulses. (3) An automatic device disconnects hoses “A” and connects hoses “B” on the back of the guns. Production can immediately restart now feeding the powder from the OptiCenter “B”. (4) OptiCenter “A” will be cleaned off-line and prepared for the next color without any productivity loss while the line is in operation with color “B”.
