Persuasive speech:Before going to tell about demotivating and failure firstly I have to tell you what demotivation is making someone less eager or willing to do their job or tomakesomeonelosetheirenthusiasmandinterestWhenever students enter educational environment influenced both by positive and negative circumstances within and outside field. The stressors placed on students ability navigate the educational system include personal factors such as home life and physiological development. Many students have low self-esteem or low motivational level. They have poor image of themselves and think they cannot do anything or cannot study or cannot clear specific subject even if they can actually perform better. Such students need special attention, they need constant motivation and morale boosts to prevent them from failure which could further demoralize them. Many teachers do not have positive attitude towards their students, either they keep the students in so much fear that student cant even discuss their academic problems with them which result in failure of the most studentsIn our Pakistani culture especially in far most in back ward areas of Pakistan there is very wrong concept of demotivating of students or childrens which lead them to failure in their future. They dont give permission to such child to choose his subject according to his mental capability. They stress and force them to do what the common field inside the society. If u built an extra pressure on that child he may accept his elders decision but he is not able to fulfill their selection of field. He could not become a good in that specific field chosen by their elders Here I take my personal example of my selection of education field. From child hood I got a business mind I want to become business man but my brother dont let me go towards this field. I feel very offensive but else due to respect in our culture I quite. But now I am realizing that I will not become a good geologist but else if they motivate me towards the business field I will be more enthusiastic and energetic to my field. This is one of the big failure causes in academic career which is very common in our society.

Informative speech:Failure, just like abandoning one's studies, is never due to a single cause but to an accumulation of reasons. Singling out one can be deceptive and dangerous.There are always interconnections between internal and external factors to the student and blaming only the student or only the institution for failure is simplistic.There are always interconnections between internal and external factors to the student and blaming only the student or only the institution for failure is simplistic.Internal factors to the student which led them to failure educational project not properly thought out, hesitation between several study choices, lack of commitment and motivation, lack of maturity, low inclination for effort, lack of self-confidence, fear of exams, problems in learning how to be a student, insufficient intellectual skills: school baggage, prerequisites, working methods (taking notes, listening, memorizing, exam preparation),inadequate personal skills: time management, concentration, emotional control, cultural or geographical gap, personal or financial problems and some external factors to the student led them to failure study year, study Programmed, studying conditions, supervision by the professors or assistants, relevance of study plans, overloaded study programmes, ambiguous requirements by the professors, exam selectiveness and chance.Here i will give brief account on some points:Unfavorable hereditary background: There is but little, if anything, which can be done for people who are born with a deficiency in brain power. This philosophy offers but one method of bridging this weakness through the aid of the Master Mind. Observe with profit, however, that this is the only one of the thirty causes of failure which may not be easily corrected by any individual.Unfavorable environmental influences during childhood: As the twig is bent, so shall the tree grow. Most people who have criminal tendencies acquire them as the result of bad environment, and improper associates during childhood.Lack of enthusiasm: Without enthusiasm one cannot be convincing. Moreover, enthusiasm is contagious, and the person who has it, under control, is generally welcome in any group of people.Inability to cooperate with others: More people lose their positions and their big opportunities in life, because of this fault, than for all other reasons combined. It is a fault which no well-informed business man, or leader will tolerate.
