MTX-65i Family Intelligent Java enabled application GSM/GPRS M2M Modem
The MTX-65i family modems are an all-in-one solution consisting of a Java J2ME programmable modem that enables GSM Voice, SMS, Fax and Data (GPRS class 12). The Quad Band functionality allows them to operate at all relevant GSM frequencies all over the world. It has an intrinsic and powerful TCP/IP communication stack with Internet Services such: TCP, UDP, HTTP, FTP, SMTP, and POP3.
The MTX-65i family modems are Java J2ME programmable and have a complete set of interfaces (RS232, RS485, USB, GPIO, I2C, GPIO, optoisolated IOs, Analog-to-Digital converter) avoiding need for further hardware components, shortening time to market and reducing costs. It also has a wide range of options allowing it to be used in infinite M2M applications:
Ultra Low Power: 2.5μA power consumption in sleep mode. Ideal in remote-battery operated systems GNSS module inside: GPS and GLONASS receiver modules allow track & location applications Hardware Watchdog and internal Li-Po battery RS485 port: isolated input/output for industrial use
Industrial features: the modem can be used in industrial applications due to its extended operating temperature range. It also features an automatic restart after shutdown in case of faulty power conditions.

MTX-DIN modem Industrial applications DIN rail GSM/GPRS M2M Modem
The MTX-DIN modem family are a new GSM/GPRS and UMTS/HSPA modems designed for industrial environments due to its extended operating temperature range. The Quad/Five Band functionality allows it to operate at all relevant GSM frequencies. It has an intrinsic and powerful TCP/IP communication stack with Internet Services such: TCP, UDP, HTTP, FTP, SMTP, and POP3.
The MTX-DIN is sized in DIN 9 modules for DIN rail housing, containing all the necessary interfaces used in industrial applications: 2 configurable RS232/RS422/RS485 buses, 4 1P1C relays 1P1C, optoisolated inputs/outputs, 0-2.4V or 0-20mA analog inputs, etc. Together with the SIM card reader, it minimizes the need for further hardware components and facilitates integration. The auto power-on feature allows it to restart in case of faulty power conditions. The USB, SPI/I2C and serial ports allow it to be connected to PCs, control boards and other peripherals like GPS, Bluetooth, RFID or other devices.
The MTX-DIN includes Java embedded programmability and a full range of I/Os. The unit can host and control your Java J2ME application allowing you to develop and embed your code directly onto the terminal to shorten time to market and reduce costs by avoiding external components.
It is manufactured using SMD technology following ISO-9001 & ISO-14001 Quality certifications and it is RoHS/WEEE compliant.

MTX-TUNNEL Enhanced Transparent Cellular Gateway
MTX-TUNNEL is an embedded software application that can be installed onto any JAVA enabled terminal from MTX-TERMINALS modems family, designed for communication with remote devices which has RS232, RS485, I2C or SPI ports.
The MTX-TUNNEL is used to create a transparent gateway (i.e. tunnel) from the serial port to the cellular network. It has a lot of extra features such as Web server, Telnet, SMS alarms, DynDNS, firewall, SSL security, ModBus monitoring, and ISM 868MHz remote monitoring of sensors
Frequently, remote meters, network switches, routers and other devices need to connect to a network, but they only have a RS232 port and the only possible way to reach them is by using the cellular network.
MTX-TUNNEL is a ready-to-go solution for such cases: it acts as a transparent RS232. You will see your remote devices as if they were directly attached to your computer, which is very useful in remote control and remote metering M2M scenarios; for example, input/outputs read/control, analog input reading, relay control, control over external SPI/I2C bus, remote reading of GPS position, control and configuration, etc.
