Murphy USA “ When we began discussions

with MTM Recognition the goal was to create an

elite recognition program that would be central to

the company’s core values. We knew from the begin-

ning that the ‘ring’ was the thing that all top per-

formers strive for, from the sports arena to the cor-

porate playing field. We wanted a design befitting of

a world champion and MTM delivered.”— Jay Staggs,

Communications

Director,

Murphy USA

OG&E “ A successful safety recognition program

will increase safety awareness among employees,

encourage teamwork, and drastically reduce or

eliminate problems that affect the bottom line. Em-

ployees are encouraged to keep their safety coin close

by .... It is a great way to promote safety as part of

our company culture.” — Jason Kelly, Safety

Manager, OG&E

AMTRAK “ It was clear that we needed a

cohesive way to get everyone ‘on board’ with our

corporate culture and our values. After an extensive

search, we found [MTM]. They offered the creativ-

ity, the tools and the knowledge we needed to take

our program to the next level. We couldn’t be more

pleased having MTM as our recognition partner.”— Carolyn Stagger, AMTRAK Recognition

Manager

Chesapeake Energy “ Over the past several

years we have worked with MTM to create a Service

Award program that is fitting for the culture of

Chesapeake. We are a diverse company with many

facets and believe that our people are the key to our

success. We wanted to develop a program that was

top notch and feel that we have found a great part-

ner with MTM.” — Chesapeake Energy HR

MTM provides comprehensive recognition solutions

to more than half of the Fortune 100 companies while

making sure every individual customer receives a

quality award on time. Corporations and organiza-

tions large and small rely on MTM’s experience, cre-

ativity, craftsmanship, expertise, resources and sup-

port systems to improve employee engagement and

performance, and to foster loyalty through strategic

recognition solutions.

Gallup research shows that en-

gaged employees are more produc-

tive, profitable, and safer; create

stronger customer relationships;

and stay longer with their company than less engaged

employees. Imagine the possibilities if 80–90% of your

organization is focused and motivated! Recognition

is the most cost-effective and strategic business tool

available today to achieve that goal.

Comprehensive Solutions MTM offers ver-

tically integrated recognition solutions, from prod-

uct and program design to award-winning customer

service, manufacturing, and distribution. MTM pro-

Quality MTM is dedicated to continuous improve-

ment in all facets of its business, as demon-

strated by its commitment to the Baldrige

criteria and the Oklahoma Quality Foun-

dation (OQF). Thirteen employees are now

OQF examiners. The Governor’s Award on

Manufacturing was recently awarded to

MTM. MTM’s Princeton facility is ISO-9001

certified and received the Lincoln Foun-

dation for Performance Excellence Award.

SustainabilityMTM is committed to environmental im-

provements that foster a sustainable future

and lead to social and economical improve-

ments. For example, MTM is a leader in

on-demand printing to reduce waste, and

continues to lead the charge in sustain-

ability by utilizing FSC certified 100% post

consumer fiber paper.

It wouldn’t be a stretch to say

that an MTM award is lifted

in victory on national televi-

sion just about any weekend.

From the coveted NCAA Champion-

ship trophy, NASCAR, Major College Conferences,

and national fishing tournaments to high school

athletics, MTM is the home of many of the

country’s most prestigious sports awards.

Through a stra-

tegic partnership

with Jostens, MTM has

had the privilege to provide

awards for many memorable

sporting events over the last

several decades. The Oklahoman

has named MTM’s showroom one

of the top 100 Sports museums in

Oklahoma.

Law Enforcement & MilitaryMTM works closely with local and nation-

al law enforcement, military and govern-

mental agencies to provide high-quality

badges, challenge coins, awards and other

insignia.

Jack Nortz, MTM lead sculptor

“ For more than two decades MTM has been a part

of millions of moments in time when a Special Olym-

pics athlete steps onto the podium and is recognized

for his or her extraordinary talents. For many children

and adults with intellectual disabilities, the awarding

of an MTM-produced Special Olympics medal is the

first time they have been recognized and applauded

for what they can do. On behalf of almost 4 million

athletes representing 180 countries, a heartfelt thanks

is extended to the MTM family of employees for being

such a special part of our daily celebration of the best

in sports.” — Timothy P. Shriver, Chairman and

CEO, Special Olympics Inc.

ManufacturingMTM has remained committed to manufacturing and

making it in America wherever possible in its three

manufacturing facilities: Omaha, Nebraska; Princ-

eton, Illinois; and Oklahoma City.

Sculpting MTM creates larger-than-life heroic

bronze statues, busts, reliefs, awards, and anything

in between. Jack Nortz, lead sculptor, and his team

have been involved in many prestigious projects

throughout the country, including the Alabama

Walk of Champions, the OU Coaches sculptures and

Equilibrium gymnastics bronze, Jim Thorpe at the

Oklahoma Sports Hall of Fame, and statues of Brett

Hull and Al McInnis for the St. Louis Blues.

Custom Jewelry and Rings MTM’s

Princeton, Illinois, jewelry manufacturing

facility is particularly known for artisan

skills of pavé stone setting and cus-

tom designed works of art. MTM

award rings are presented to

corporate and sports champions.

Awards MTM’s “wide by de-

sign” philosophy results in an array

of unique products ranging from med-

als, plaques and trophies to some of the

most prestigious, one-of-a-kind symbols

of achievement. On any given day, a stroll

through MTM may reveal a nine-foot clay

sculpture, a crystal bowl, a hand-painted

collage highlighting a company’s heri-

tage, or a coveted medallion for a com-

memorative service program.

“ Our competitive advan-

tage is innovation. We take

great pride in being wave

makers in our industry.”—  Greg Starling,
