ANNEXURE-4 MANUFACTURING PROCESS
EXISTING:
1) Sodium Sulphate
Manufacturing Process:
First charge Caustic flakes with water into the reaction vessel. Then start additional of sulphuric acid
under stirring. Start heat the reaction mass. Then cool the mass and settle for crystallization.
Centrifuge the crystal followed by drying and then packed in bags for dispatch. ML transfer to
reaction vessel for next batch in place of water to obtain max. Yield.

ANNEXURE-7 DETAILS OF WASEWATER TREATMENT SYATEM
EFFLUENT TREATMENT PLANT
INDUSTRIAL EFFLUENT:
Existing:
In Existing, total 2.9 KLD wastewater will be generated, from that 1.5 KLD domestic effluent will be
disposed off though septic tank/soak pit system, remaining 1.4 KLD will be used in process for
dissolution or dilution of raw materials. ML generates from such process will be reused back in
process of same product in place of fresh water for dilution of dissolution of raw materials.
Proposed
After total proposed expansion, total 17.9 KLD waste water will be generated, from that, 4.5 KLD
domestic effluent will be disposed off through septic tank/soak pit system, remaining 13.4 KLD
industrial effluent will be treated in ETP of capacity 15 KLD. Treated effluent will be treated in
Single Effect Evaporator of 15 KL capacity to maintain zero liquid discharge.
DOMESTIC EFFLUENT:
Total 4.5 KLD (1.5 Existing + 3.0 Proposed) domestic wastewater will be disposed off through septic
tank/soak pit system.
