Colour change in the FCV booth is
fully automated. Sidewalls and booth
floor are on continuously moving
belts designed to inhibit powder
build-up in the enclosure. Colour
change is PLC controlled through
a user friendly interface and is
completely automatic.
The guns are cleaned in a suction
shaft, during which time the belts are
also cleaned automatically.
All this results in improved process
efficiency and productivity, a
particularly advantageous total cost
of ownership and faster return on
capital investment.
