Motivation Factor:-
• Flexible job roster has been designed• Night allowance for operational employees are implemented.
Employee Benefit Factor:-
• Number of Paid Holiday(P/H) extended up to 9 instead of previous 6.
• Our depart of ADKTL initiating training for new joiners of other concessionaries like ASBTL.
• Employees are awarded with commendable salary increment.
