1. Findings of internal /external audits @ .. 2003

The MR brought up the two non-conformance (NC) findings identified during our internal audit. The two NCs are identified to be i) no indications/evidence of documents being checked and ii) vendors evaluation not being done. The internal audit was conducted on 12 July 2002 from 0930 hrs to 1730 hrs. .. audited the entire quality management system. Generally based on the findings, the results are satisfactory.

2. Customer feedback/complaints / statisfaction

The management has selected 30 key customers to carry out customer survey. Up to date, 13 customers reply was received. The overall customer satisfaction index is above the targeted index and read about 4.1.

Base on the customer survey summary report, will follow up with replies from Green Home and Time Connection whose index is around 3.0 only, far below the average customer satisfaction index of 4.1.

3. Quality Objectives /Process performance/Quality Plan

We had reviewed the June data KPI and noted that the results were satisfactory and no follow-up or corrective action for process was required.

No changes at this point of time.

9. Quality policies and objectives

. had run through the quality policies and stressed on the importance of quality management system and customer satisfaction. Generally he is satisfied with the company performance currently and strived to achieve better results in the next review meeting.

10. Improvements to quality management system

Currently the new ISO 9001:2000 system has just been in place, and the management is monitoring its progress.

11. Product Improvements related to Customer requirements

A new product is currently under evaluation for enhancement.

12. Resource needs

No resource changes or additional needs at the moment.
