Presenrly no C(lursc fce is being charged by IAHE from the Officers nominated by the CentralState Govt depal-tmcnts for attending Calcndet- Training Programmes of lAftL However boarding and lodging charges (Accommodation in IAHE Hostel amp food) Rs 1500shyper person per day is bei ng charged from the Participants Further TADA expenses of the participants are also being borne by the Nominating Government Departments

2 Now with the approval of the Governing Body of lAHL following has been decided

(i) No Lodging and Boarding Charges shall be levied by lAHE on Personnel Officers belonging to jVIORlampH NHAL NHIDCL all Slate PiNDs other Central Government Departments like BRO and PSLs Corporations of the Central j State Governments duly nominated by the Concerned DepJrtmcnts for Calendar Training Programs conducted by IAJIE Such nominated ofticers shall be provided accommodation in JAHE Hostel subject to availability

(ii) IAHE shall llso bear the Travelling Cost of the above mentioned participantsA1 participants irrespectic f their level and elllitlement in their own organisations shall be allowed to travel by Air in econOIl1Y class from thc neareSt Airport (from the place of Posting) to )elhi Airpot IABE shall reimburse the npemlilure incurred by such trainees ror lravel on the bilSis of submission of tickets e tickets for bOlh sides(to and fro) and boarding pass for inward air travel If journey is performed by Air For other mode of travels ike Railways Bus (from nearest Rai1way Station fBl1i Stand Irom the pJace (if posting to Railway Stations Bus Stands in Delhi) tickets c-lickels shall h submitted by the Irainees 10 lAHE for nimbursemcnt and the Sltlme 511(11 be reimbursed by lAHE as per actuals Apex Fare in Ail India shall be the upper limit for reimbursement
