• We have the desire to learn and play, but time allotted creates a large gap.

• Administration Ask for 2 half days and 20 minutes at the

beginning of each faculty meeting to play

Reality is Broken• We should seek to make many facets of our lives

more game-like. "Compared with games, reality feels broken. It doesn't motivate us or inspire us as effectively and reliably as our best games do." Her solution is to 'gamify' the world.
