Introduction• This firm is owned in partnership by Pawan

Jain and Anuj Agarwal.• This was established in the year 2005.• It is located in Morena at A.B Road• This firm basically deals in Manufacturing of

Mustard oil and also they in Mustards.• They also deals in packaging of Mustard oil

product packets.

Present Strategy

• Since it is a manufacturing firm so the machine implemented here runs for 24 hours a day.

• And currently around 20 employees are employed in the firm.

• They however deals in wholesaling like supplying the mustard to other companies also and to the local retail shop.

• Payment procedure is basically case but when done on credit basis.

• The time limit is upto 15 days.

Problems• Initially when started the factory, they adopted

fully automatic machines with a view of producing quintals of oils.

• But they were facing many problems because of it like viz.

• Break down of Machines.• Unskilled Labours.• Expensive Technician

Solution to the problem

• They then replaced the fully automatic machine with the semi automatic machines like Kolhu Machines.

• So now the labours are easily available and the production runs for 24 hours.
